Kory was outstanding!! Not only did she explain everything at the visit, she called me with some concerning results and we discussed next steps. I went to my Millenium PCP and they didn't want to proceed with blood tests until I met with my Doctor. I called Kory and she arranged an immediate blood test with LabCorp near my house. Everything went smoothly, thanks to Kory!! Thank you for your exemplary follow up! She told me that she'll call tomorrow with the LabCorp results. I appreciate her professionalism and caring attitude.

On 1/21/2026 I had to meet several different departments for a further knee replacement. On this mission I met the most people that I haven't seen in a long time. All of them had the most work ethic, kindness and just dedication. Of all of these people Kory Jackson made the most impression on me. She made this experience as smooth and flawless as just another day.

I found the entire staff I encountered to be both quite personable and capable. Kory Jackson in particular stood out. During the entire surgery optimization process, Ms. Jackson conducted herself in a very professional manner. Ms. Jackson made every effort to insure I was able to ask questions and that I was thoroughly prepared for my upcoming surgery.

This was pre surgery screening. Had to complete a circuit of testing. From Kory to blood draw to xray. Every step was efficient and professional. AND handled by courteous and friendly personnel. Nicely done.

The entire staff, top to bottom, was exceptional. This is the most patient friendly facility I have ever experienced. Congrats to the management for hiring such lovely, caring, friendly, over the top staff and professionals, who are also very skilled.
