I liked the nurse practitioner very much, she explained alot about what to expect from my knee surgery and went over instructions in a way I could understand

The nurse that checked me In was very nice very friendly efficient professional kind. Kory Was also very nice, efficient professional and kind. she explained My condition to me thoroughly And the consequences if I did not improve my habits. She made me care about myself again!

Kory Jackson was wonderful. Alexis (blood work), EKG tech, Emmy (X-Ray) were also very, very good. Transportation driver, Joe was friendly, courteous & very prompt.

Theresa and Kory were both top notch. The ease and simplicity of this visit was excellent, done quickly and everything I needed to know was answered and explained very well. I was especially impressed when Kory even walked my wife and I out to direct us to the next appointment in another area of GCMC. Since we had done this routine before when my wife did this surgery and with my personal medical background I found it very comforting that she took that extra time with me

Kory was outstanding!! Not only did she explain everything at the visit, she called me with some concerning results and we discussed next steps. I went to my Millenium PCP and they didn't want to proceed with blood tests until I met with my Doctor. I called Kory and she arranged an immediate blood test with LabCorp near my house. Everything went smoothly, thanks to Kory!! Thank you for your exemplary follow up! She told me that she'll call tomorrow with the LabCorp results. I appreciate her professionalism and caring attitude.

On 1/21/2026 I had to meet several different departments for a further knee replacement. On this mission I met the most people that I haven't seen in a long time. All of them had the most work ethic, kindness and just dedication. Of all of these people Kory Jackson made the most impression on me. She made this experience as smooth and flawless as just another day.
