Dr. Castillo is a treasure. Her concern for my well-being, both as a person as well as a patient, is obvious in every interaction I have with her - whether in person or via MyChart communications. She addresses my needs effectively and efficiently and always has options on how best to deal with any medical conditions I have. I am extremely fortunate to have her as my physician.

Dr Castillo and the staff were extremely accommodating and supportive. I called about my issue at 4:05 and arrived at 4:40 from Alva. They found the time to see me and address my issue late on a Saturday. It was truly appreciated!!

Dt Castillo was excellent! I had asked for her to replace my previous doctor and I couldn't have gotten a better doctor! She took the time to discuss all aspects of my health with me and offered suggestions for me, I hope she will still be there for me check up next year.

Dr Castillo s nurse was very friendly and put me at ease. I was taken into the room on time and both she and the doctor were very thorough. Both seemed to know my history even though this was my first visit.

Jessica is amazing, very professional and emoethetic to my wife's condition of Quadraplegia, she always listens and goes the extra mile to address and solve our issues, I recommend you give her a salary raise, physicians of her caliber are hard to come by. A+ Jessica

Dr. Castillo took more time and was more thoughtful than any doctor I have seen at Lee Health. It's too bad that the doctors keep leaving the practice because I feel she is outstanding. Based on my experience, she won't be there much longer. It's must be a bad place to work because all the good ones leave. She is my 3rd primary care in 3 years.
