Dr Castillo & nurse Iris were very competent, responsive, respectful & genuinely cared about me .. I was their complete focus !! Very good people skills & answered a multitude of questions to comfort the patient .. Could not be happier about the visit (My first visit as a new patient)

Dr. Castillo is a treasure. Her concern for my well-being, both as a person as well as a patient, is obvious in every interaction I have with her - whether in person or via MyChart communications. She addresses my needs effectively and efficiently and always has options on how best to deal with any medical conditions I have. I am extremely fortunate to have her as my physician.

Dr Castillo and the staff were extremely accommodating and supportive. I called about my issue at 4:05 and arrived at 4:40 from Alva. They found the time to see me and address my issue late on a Saturday. It was truly appreciated!!

Dt Castillo was excellent! I had asked for her to replace my previous doctor and I couldn't have gotten a better doctor! She took the time to discuss all aspects of my health with me and offered suggestions for me, I hope she will still be there for me check up next year.

Dr Castillo s nurse was very friendly and put me at ease. I was taken into the room on time and both she and the doctor were very thorough. Both seemed to know my history even though this was my first visit.
