Barb, the RN I first met was very pleasant, professional, and thorough. I would highly recommend her.I then met with Dr. Castillo who was great. She listened very well before giving her thoughts & recommendations. She Is very knowledgeable and eager to get to the root cause of issues. I've met with her a couple of times now and would definitely recommend her to family & friends.

Dr Castillo's care and compassion is outstanding. She always takes time reviewing my lab results in details(explains why certain tests are done and what disease they identify. She identified my abnormal heart rhythm last year, which led to tests and consult with a cardiologist. I can honestly say that she is beyond very good in your rating scale. In my opinion she is the best primary doctor, j have ever had in my life ( and that is a very long time). Congratulations Dr Castillo and Lee Health!

I just recently switched over from Physicans Regional to Lee Health, and I'm glad I did. Dr Castillo is a genuine caring doctor that takes the time with you to explain things and her staff is very friendly.

Dr Castillo LISTENS. She is not glued to computer screenshe actually pulls up a seat in front of you. She makes Eye Contact! PA Breanna was professional, courteous, skillful. Registrationquick and easy.

All staff involved in my visit were great. The office was attractive, bright, clean and I was received in a very timely manner. The Physician took great care to address my overall health and took measures to establish new baseline testing according to my age.

Iris the nurse assistant to Dr Castillo, and Dr Castillo close excellent. Dr Castillo especially is the most thorough of all the physicians I have encountered at the health. I greatly appreciate her care, concern, an expertise when it comes to diagnosis and prescribing interventions. Do not let her leave. Give her all extra perks. I will look forward to a visit with her next October.

This was my first visit with Dr. Castillo, and I thought she and her staff were amazing. I really felt listened to and heard, and she provided me with information and options I had not heard from my previous care providers. Very impressed and I am looking forward to working with her on my health moving forward. Additionally, I was not kept waiting at all, the service and care were superior!
