Front desk was great. The nurse Iris was outstanding ,very sweet, caring, kind and always see a smile on her face. Dr. Castillo was marvelous, takes time to listen and not in a rush like others . They both treated my visit as if they were family and cared. Will definitely recommend

Moving down from [ ] and looking for a new primary care has been a [ ], I have now seen six primary care positions. Dr.Castillo. Is by far the most caring understanding empathetic physician I have seen in my [ ]. Her ability to listen to my concerns and respond to them, was very refreshing in comparison to others who simply talk over to you or ignore your concerns.

Dr. Castillo is very pleasant and empathetic. Will always give you the attention you need and you’ll never feel rushed. Message her on my chart and she is very good at getting back to you as well as her staff. Recently, I didn’t have a good diagnosis and she is getting me into all the drs I need to see. Normally, it would take months to get an appointment but she’s making it happen within a week or two. I highly recommend her.
