I have always been treated very well by Dr phala and her entire staff. They are all extremely caring and friendly. Dr. Phala is very thorough and goes over every thing she is doing and explains why and what type of tests she is setting you up for. Love her and the entire staff

He is an excellent Dr. who listens to you. His staff are also very good at listening and explaining, especially Molly. I highly recommend them.

Good Dr but this is a busy practice and I usually wait quite a while in the examing room before I see him. He answers questions in as few words as possible and doesn’t provide additional information unless you keep asking for more info. He’s efficient but doesn’t seem to be a “people person”. I don’t get the impression that he remembers me although I’ve been a patient for several years. I continue to go to him because he is effective and has a good reputation in the health field.

The check-in receptionist always seems to be on the phone and never able to get you checked in as you're standing there with a bad back and you can't stand there that long, she seems aloof to the problem. The rest of the staff seems to be quite attentive to what my needs are.

5 days seems a long time to wait for an appt, from an ED. REFERRAL. Considering two limbs have fractures and one limb is sprained.

Dr. Yunus performed my first and 3rd and what I hope to be my last ablation. I came back to Dr. Yunus because he was the only person that gave me any kind of confidence to live with my condition. I am an anxious person but always felt safe in his care when performing my procedures. I will surely miss him when he retires and look forward to his book. Thank you Asim, you mean the world to me. Dr. Kuala was great. I want to make a special shout out to Angela. She took my splint off, removed my staples, and cleaned me up. I was a nervous wreck and I can only imagine her level of patience and understanding care. She was AMAZING. Give this woman a raise.

The RN was very welcoming & helped me feel at ease. Both the RN and Dr. Fattal took time to take a comprehensive family history and discuss my concerns, as well as answer my questions. I was very impressed by the physician, his RN, and the receptionist. They were all wonderful. I am thankful for the care and consideration I received. Thank you.
