Dr. Akbar is an excellent professional, knowledgeable and caring physician!! Was totally vested in my complete care before and after surgery!! I will never forget his kindness in the hospital as he held my hand when I told him of my high pain level and he assured me that it would get better as I continued my current medication…and it eventually did. I felt seen and heard by him and felt he understood and didn’t just brush me off! He’s a very skilled and caring doctor. Would HIGHLY recommend him and his staff!!!

I have been an acquaintance of Dr Akbar for decades. I have long been aware of his knowledge and skill. True to form, he was friendly, informative and communicative during my recent visit. I am so happy that he will share his skill with me for left hip replacement surgery.

Doctor was great…listen to me carefully and understood everything I wanted and needed. Asked me before he left the room if there was anything more I need to talk to him. Very pleasant.
