The provider was fine, the wait in the office was more than two hours! The dr wasn’t even aware until we got back to his room what the delay was.

Dr. Collins and his staff were very professional but more than that, they listened to my concerns. He and his staff put me at ease. A heart problem makes you anxious and having a doctor like Dr. Collins to help me through this makes me feel better about our medical community.

Dr. Collins is very professional, and listens well to my concerns. He is excellent about scheduling follow-up meetings when appropriate. My only criticism about how this office is set up: Cardiologists are doing clerical work during the office exam. Get a helper to do the clerical and laptop work, so the cardiologists can do the things that patients want them to be doing, namely cardiology exams.
