Dr. Brittany is very personable and professional. She always listens, I never feel rushed, and she always answers all of my questions. During this particular visit, the nurse who helped me was very friendly and kind. In addition, the person who checked me out was very helpful. I always feel important when I go to Dr. Brittany’s office.

Doctor Brittaney Phala is very easy to talk to and she does not rush me in anyway. She takes her time and answers all my questions. I am very comfortable with her and have suggested my friends see her.

The provider is amazing, office staff is not always helpful when you have questions or need a referral. A response of “just call the number on your insurance card” isn’t great when you’re looking for a specialist in the area. Thankfully, I have a lot of connections in the medical field and have gotten my own answers.

My husband and I absolutely love Dr. Brittney and how efficient she is the problem is we usually end up going to urgent care. I highly advise that a PA or nurse practitioner be added to the staff!!!!!!!! in the past, there was always one in addition to the physicians, and we never had a problem being seen.

I am so pleased with my Dr. I drive 45 minutes each way to see her. She sincerely cares about my health and wellbeing. She cares about me and as long as I am able to see her, she will remain my Doctor! I have never had another Doctor care so much about me!
