Dr Phala makes me feel like someone cares about me and what I am going through. She’s done more for me in the past year than all doctors before her. She’s patient and doesn’t make me feel rushed.

She is a great dr always takes time to listen. Don't rush you. Just love going to her. But make sure your insurance is ok there. Just found out in June that the insurance i got in November is no longer being taken anywhere in my area. Very frustrating . Didn't know till June.

Dr. Brittney Phala is calm, kind, intelligent. . She listens to what you have to say and is very concerned about the issues you are having. She spends some quality time with you unlike many other Drs. I feel comfortable talking to her and that means a lot to me

Dr Brittany is a great doctor and cares enough to listen, she is patient, kind and considerate. I am blessed to have her expertise and compassionate care. I am thankful that she remembers me and relates personally each time I’m there, and I get the correct diagnosis also. The office team is also fast and courteous. Always easy to get the insurance coverage and prescriptions

It is not easy to get an appointment if you are ill. They’ll tell you their first appointment is months out. The point of having a primary doctor is to have consistency in medical treatment versus going to urgent care for a sinus infection.
