Everyone at the office is friendly and professional. The medical assistant is awesome and responds to my questions and prescription needs very quickly.

Brittney is the best! I have the best experience every time I have an appointment with her. Brittney is an amazing MD. I drive an hour to see her and do not regret my choice in my provider.

I have been a patient since she came to Bay City a few years ago. Have had a very good experience with Dr. Phala. She is thorough, respects your input, and gives her all to resolve your medical challenges.

A nice caring doctor. It takes a long time to get an appointment if you are a new patient. Also, if you get sick, it is really hard to get seen that day.

Staff is rude. Runs late. Misinformation was given. Expensive if you have no insurance or high deductible.

Dr. Brittany Phala is a wonder MD. The ladies taking you to the rooms are very nice, caring and friendly. Leaving a message for the medical assistant for updates or questions not always friendly or answered in a timely fashion.

Dr B Phala is good, but front staff is lacking. When I call with a question, I’m sent to Brittany’s assistant’s voicemail, and my call may not be returned until I make several calls. I called to have a painful lump in my breast checked out, and learned that both the Phalas were on vacation. I was advised to go to the urgent care in Meijer. It turns out, that location barely treats anything more than an earache, and they were upset that Brittany’s office kept referring patients there. I understand, and agree that the married doctors are entitled to a joint vacation, but some arrangements need to be made to accommodate the patients; maybe a temporary physician? Also, don’t forget the $ factor. A trip to my pcp is covered by my insurance; urgent care is $45, ER is $120.
