Dr Brittney Phala’s care is always a 10. However she asked me to have my blood pressure taken a few weeks after I saw her to recheck it. An appointment was made for [DATE] at 9 AM to do this with a staff member. I arrived at 8:50 AM and I left at 9;38 because I had not been seen yet and needed to be in Saginaw at 10 AM. Very poor scheduling.

Excellent Dr Brittany Phala always listens to me and gets and answer for me right away and I feel like she really hears me and helps me with whatever question or problem I may be dealing with. She is an exceptional Doctor especially her listening skills. I can't say enough good things about her. Love her as a person too.

The person who checks you in at the desk was not the one I usually see there. The person I had on this day was not as friendly. She acted like she was very busy and made people wait before she waited on them. She didn’t look up from her computer and gave me forms to fill out which I had already filled out online.

Doctor Brittany Phala, is simply the best. She gives me enough time to explain my issues. And then she perceived to good me professional advice on how to resolve those issues. She is compassionate, and totally is empathetic, with the patients, concerns. The staff is always courteous and kind. I am grateful that she is my doctor.

Dr Phala is an excellent Dr that always listens and pays attention to everything I discuss with her. She doesn't make you feel uncomfortable to talk about any health and personal issues. I have always been treated very well by Dr phala and her entire staff. They are all extremely caring and friendly. Dr. Phala is very thorough and goes over every thing she is doing and explains why and what type of tests she is setting you up for. Love her and the entire staff

I am glad that I found her as my primary physician. I would also say that medical care is nowhere close to what it was 10 years ago, never mind 20 years ago. Fifteen minute appointments are a joke for anyone who has serious issues, as I do, and the idea that a physician can only discuss one issue per visit erases everything that once defined medicine.
