I always reccomend to anyone who's unhappy with their current doctor to switch, even if it means my appointments get pushed back. This is the doctor for me. And I truly think they try their best for their patients.

Everyone at this office are very friendly, courteous and professional. Any testing done, you will get timely results. You don't feel like a number being pushed through.

Always cares about what I’m saying! Never rushed me out . I tell everyone about the time they spend with the patient. If someone needs a doctor I mention both of them.

Dr. Phala is amazing! I'm so thankful for her. I do think she needs BETTER and MORE staffing, especailly at the front desk. I've had very poor experiences with the front desk. Gail is very rude on the phone. This is very unfortunate because rude employees, or employees who are given too many tasks at once due to low staff, reflects poorly on Dr. Phala. She is amazing and deserves amazing staff.

Dr. Brittany Phala makes me want to take good care of myself and pay attention to my health so that I can continue to do all the physical activities that I enjoy and want to do. I like teaming up with her as I try to improve my physical health.

I finally found a MidMichigan doctor who listens and cares about my medical needs and concerns. Dr. Phala doesn't only listen, she takes my thoughts and suggestions into consideration. I feel as though she wants to work together and in doing so, gives me the best care I have received at Mid in a very long time. I feel as though Dr. Phala and I have built a strong doctor patient relationship. For me, that is very important when I'm trusting someone who's caring for my mental and overall health.

I with the front staff was as good as the back staff. There have been times that referrals were not sent, follow ups not made. Right now my foot is broken I need an ultrasound for a possible ruptured tendon in my ankle. It's been two days after a promise if finding a place that could do it. I would love to know if it's ruptured.

Dr. Phala always listens and is able to explore treatments and solutions. She takes everything into account when she is doing that. The office staff rarely returns phone calls and is consistently rude or sounds annoyed every time I call. It’s been difficult to schedule appointments in a timely manner.

Dr. Brittany is kind and thorough, as is Dr. Sefako. However, there is room for improvement in office communication and the timeliness of return calls. At times, messages left for the medical assistants go unanswered for weeks, necessitating repeated attempts to reach them. Additionally, there are times when patients wait for a callback regarding their inquiries, only to discover that a prescription or testing order has already been processed without a notification, leaving them uncertain about the authorization status until they end up being able to connect with someone.
