My husband and I absolutely love Dr. Brittney and how efficient she is the problem is we usually end up going to urgent care. I highly advise that a PA or nurse practitioner be added to the staff!!!!!!!! in the past, there was always one in addition to the physicians, and we never had a problem being seen.

I am so pleased with my Dr. I drive 45 minutes each way to see her. She sincerely cares about my health and wellbeing. She cares about me and as long as I am able to see her, she will remain my Doctor! I have never had another Doctor care so much about me!

It’s hard to get an appointment when you are sick in a quick fashion. I had to do a virtual which worked okay for me at that time.

Office staff and caregivers are all friendly and helpful. I feel Dr. Phala really listens to my concerns and includes me in decisions dealing with my health. She also is great at following up on test and procedure results and responds to questions/concerns in adequate time.

Dr. Brittney Phala is a very good doctor. She listens and tries to help. Her office staff is nice to work with. Her scheduled appointments run on time. If you are sick though you can’t get in. They need another nice female doctor. Brittney’s waitlist for new patients is really long!
