Dr. Bri is the absolute best one I've ever had! She makes me feel like family, I'm not just another patient. She genuinely cares about my family members as much as she does me. She asks how they are and remembers them by name. Family and health go hand in hand. Till death do us part♥️ We will never need another family doctor. We found ours. How lucky is that?! Very lucky! We have been through several over the years to compare her to. She's#1 in our book😊 thank you for keeping us healthy and happy

Dr. Brittany Phala is the best PCP I've ever had in my corner & I've had alot. She is caring, personal & also real about life & changes that need to be made but understands the challenges that they can bring. She doesn't just recommend what you need to do but offers solutions on how to accomplish those things. She's supportive in the goals I have for myself as well.

I can never get an appointment when needed. Front desk staff is usually rude. Dr eas running late for my appt and after an hour wait I had to leave for another appt. Was told to reschedule and can't get a bp recheck in a month. Love Dr but her office is poorly managed. I hate to leave but am leaning that way as I have some medical issues that need attention. I asked staff to ask Dr for a referral and they told me I had to wait until next app. When you call the medical asst you never get a return call.

She made me feel very comfortable and listened and answered my questions. Did not seem in a hurry to end our appointment. She explained why she was doing a process & what I could do to help with making what was wrong better

That she is a great doctor .explains everything about your health and why she is running the test she needs to order. Very attentive to the patients

I love everything about this office with the exception of their follow up for referrals. I had to request the referral to my eye doctor multiple times. Finally, my eye doctor guided me in what to give the doctor so that the referral would go through. Other than that one issue, I've been very pleased with this doctor and her office.

Brittney has a very good bed side manner and cares about her patients. Our doctors are and Should be our life line not the emergency rooms.

A nice caring doctor. It takes a long time to get an appointment if you are a new patient. Also, if you get sick, it is really hard to get seen that day.
