I have always been treated very well by Dr phala and her entire staff. They are all extremely caring and friendly. Dr. Phala is very thorough and goes over every thing she is doing and explains why and what type of tests she is setting you up for. Love her and the entire staff

Anytime a friend or family member is in need of a new primary care doctor, I refer them to Dr. Brittany Phala, and my friends and family always thank me. She takes the time to listen, never rushes, and has a genuine nature that shows how much she cares about her patients. She isn't afraid to refer to another specialist when she feels it's necessary and in your best interest. I feel extremely fortunate she's in our area because you don't find many doctors like her around here anymore.

Dr Phala and her assistant are always on top of my needs. She takes alot of time to listen to what I have to say. NEVER interrupts just listens then make explains what has to be done. Never rushes but keeps things moving along. Dr Phala has a wonderful bedside manner. Glad she is MY Doctor.

Everyone is always kind; I never wait more than 10 min for my appointment to begin; Dr. Phala is friendly & professional, listens to my concerns, suggests solutions and includes me in plans when appropriate.

Love the provider, but scheduling is a nightmare. I tried to change my appointment to an earlier time and was told she was booked out 3-4 months, so I had to Switch my fiance and I’s appointment just to switch times. I would hate to be sick and try to be seen.

I could not be more pleased as a patient of Dr B. Phala’s. She is kind, compassionate, professional, respectful and always helps provide the proper care to help me achieve my health goals.
