Very professional good bed side manners very throall making sure you your concerns and questions are answers. Making me feel like I'm the only patient she has. Listens closely to my overall health concerns. Explains everything thoroughly with one-on-one communication making sure I understand all the medical terms I highly recommend Dr Phala overall an amazing person doctor kindness caring knowledgeable and always making sure you understand all results of tests or conditions medications always walk away knowing I'm in good hands

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Phala is an Excellent, caring Dr. She has Great Bed side care which I'm old school but very important. Dr. always listened to concerns and goes above and beyond. I tell everyone she is a young Dr. Connnagan that I admired as my kids did. I am very thankful that Dr. Phala is my caregiver, I would not trade her for anyone, Great Dr., anyone who gets her should be very grateful. Thank You Dr. Phala and trust me I never do surveys but I shall for her.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. B Phala is an excellent physician who truly cares about her patients. She gives me her undivided attention and at the end of every appointment makes sure there are no more health questions I may have. When I have labs or specific testing done, she is very prompt letting me know the results and has a plan of care lined up for me if needed. I’m relieved my mom left her last “doctor” and is now under Dr. B Phala’s care because I know my mom will receive the best care possible.

Dr B. Phala is one of the best doctors that I have had. She is respectful, courteous, highly knowledgeable, and professional. My appointments are never rushed and she will take as much time with you as it takes to go over your concerns.

Dr. Phala is amazing. She always takes the time needed to help with any questions I have. I have sent her questions on MyChart and she has always answered in a timely manner. I highly recommend Dr. Phala for her kindness, compassion, knowledge, and care.

Dr Brittany is a very friendly, caring doctor. She listens closely when u have questions or concerns and explains everything well, so u can understand it. I would definately recommend her. She doesn’t try to rush out fast on you either. She is a great doctor for elderly patients and younger children. She is kind and you feel comfortable with her.

Her staff young ladies are very through and very pleasant. Dr Phala is always kind patient and through. No one really wants to go to the doctors but she takes the anxiety out of it. Dr Phala will always be my physician and I hope she never leaves Bay City!

Dr. Phala is excellent. She spends as much time as needed when you have an appointment . Her office staff does not go out of their way to make sure you get in as soon as possible. I had to wait a month and a half for an appointment, and they would only give me a virtual appt. When I was in the office a week before my appointment the receptionist told someone on the phone they had two openings that day. My friend said she got in within a week.

Extremely happy with Dr. Brittney and very excited about the latest improvements with having a PA in the office and being able to get an appointment immediately compared to in the past having to opt for going tourgent care.

During this particular visit, the nurse who helped me was very friendly and kind. In addition, the person who checked me out was very helpful.
