This last visit she kept looking at her watch and phone and inched towards the door before I was done. Decides to “table” a problem even though I was there for assistance with it. I feel like she is done with me.

Awesome experience despite [Name] not wanting to be there at all. Lol. I’m confident it will be great once he gets used to the office. Chandra was great with the kids and helping a mama out.

Chandra Rasmussen is a very pleasant provider to deal with. Shows respect, listens, and will direct a patient to a specialist if necessary. My whole experience with this medical group has been positive and I would recommend them to anyone that would listen.

The office staff is very helpful and they treat their patients with kindness and respect. The Dr’s and NP’s are thorough and professional. I have been seeing Chandra since she came to Birch Run and I even changed my insurance once so I could continue to see her. I have been going to this facility for over 20years. I recommend the Birch Run MyMichigan to anyone who asks about a Doctor.
