Chandra Rasmussen is a very pleasant provider to deal with. Shows respect, listens, and will direct a patient to a specialist if necessary. My whole experience with this medical group has been positive and I would recommend them to anyone that would listen.

The office staff is very helpful and they treat their patients with kindness and respect. The Dr’s and NP’s are thorough and professional. I have been seeing Chandra since she came to Birch Run and I even changed my insurance once so I could continue to see her. I have been going to this facility for over 20years. I recommend the Birch Run MyMichigan to anyone who asks about a Doctor.

My children used to dislike going to the dr. When we started seeing Chandra my children don’t have an issue anymore. They can speak freely and Chandra listens to them! We love her she is amazing at her job and an awesome person in General

Only constructive criticism I could provide is when a referral is needed, its tends to get lost in the shuffle. I have to call in to get that moving. Love the staff! Very caring and personable.

Sounds about my health are never taken lately and are always addressed with my questions being answered in a way that I can understand. I have never been treated poorly at this office by any of the staff. It is what drives me to continue my care here.

Chandera is probably one of the sweetest and best Drs. I have ever had she knows what she is doing , and cares greatly for her Patients. I wouldnt want to have to fine anyone else to treat me. I am totally happy with the care i get

Maybe CMA I saw at my recent visit gave me reason to be concerned. She indicated that she would rather ask the patients what their illnesses are rather than copy the data from the old system to the new system. As a patient I’d rather not hear that from someone who is in charge of my records. Chandra is pleasant to work with but we do not always see things from the same perspective. With that being said, she works with me in finding resolutions and I appreciate that in a provider.

Chandra is very knowledgeable, she sits down and listens to you, and finds solutions to your issues and questions. Never in a rush to get on to the next patient. Only complaint I have is that it was so hot in the exam room I could barely breath. Stifling hot.

Chandra was great but trying to get a appointment when ur really sick is like pulling teeth with the front desk, and telling the u are a heart patient and had 2 open heart surgery’s it still takes u a week to get an appointment. Sometimes I feel I should find a new doctor but it’s not the doctors fault it the front office’s fault
