What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Lisa at the front desk is awesome. She really cares. Dr. Krebs is very pleasant and great to deal with. He gave me options and explained those options. My only complaint is that my issue requires surgery to repair and I have to wait 7 weeks for that to happen. I understand he is a busy man but 7 weeks of dealing with the pain is a bit much.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I highly recommend Dr. Krebb’s. He is very good at what he does. I never had any pain after my surgery because he had a cool jet hooked up to my leg and it kept the inflammation down so I was pain free. He and his staff are highly recommended by me.

The office staff and the doctor were very nice and helpful but the one thing I was unhappy about is the doctor wrote a summary of my visit on my chart to my pcp and it’s still showing medication that I no longer take which I talked about with the nurse and other things we’re not accurate like where I work and the time line of when I was in a [ ] accident which these things may not be that important but it just makes me feel like the doctor wasn’t really listening. Also he stated that we talked about certain things like possible complications and things like that but we didn’t talk about those things but overall everyone was very kind and I believe I will be in good hands when I have my surgery.

He is amazing and knows his stuff! He’s very kind and courageous. I never feel rushed when I in my apartment with him and he always answers my questions as to so I don’t feel like I’m bothering him or anything. I would highly recommend him to do orthopedic surgery all the time

Difficult to get ahold of office staff for scheduling appointments, getting results, and scheduling surgery. Once in office or pre-post op, everyone was great.

Everyone in the office was very pleasant and helpful. Dr Krebs was amazing he took the time to listen and offer advice as needed. It was a pleasant experience and would recommend this office.

Dr. Krebs has been very knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient while assisting me with my medical issues. Both he and his staff have been extremely helpful during my time of difficulty. My appointment was at 10:30 - sure went to exam room at 10:30. By noon I went to reception desk to see how much longer I was to wait. It was very cold in the office. No one came in the room between 10:30 and time went out to reception area. Was asked if I was all done which I answered not even seen. The receptionist then went to search cause. Dr said sorry about delay but that is not true when came in over 1 1/2 hours late and spent less than 5 minutes with me. If spent that long with others should have been caught up on time seeing patients. Very disrespectful- my time matters !
