Seems like a great provider! The amount of time waiting was very disappointing, way too long waiting in the waiting area and in the examination room way too long without seeing someone. Appointment was at 3 was told to be there by 245 didn’t see provider till almost 430.

Yes, he talks you like a person he makes me feel comfortable when he talks to me, and I don't even have to ask him any questions cuz he pretty much covers everything when he talks to you so yeah he's a good doctor I like him a lot.

I have had 2 previous surgeries with Dr. Krebs and will be having my third at the end of the month. Although I hate the reasons that bring me to him, I'm so incredibly grateful to have Dr. Krebs. He listens to me and trusts my input. The office bends over backwards to help every time I call. I will never go anywhere else for Ortho. I've even recommended Dr. Krebs to a handful of people I know and a few have listened and become happy patients as well. Thank you!

Doctor was knowledgeable and thorough. He took his time listening and making sure I understood him.The day I was there I had a lengthy wait past my scheduled time. I'm guessing there was an Emergency. Since this was my first visit, I don't know if that is normal. I was not upset. Staff gave us warning and apology.

He’s a great surgeon from what I’ve been told but expect to wait during your scheduled appointment time. He could improve on explaining condition your being seen for in more detail and options, etc.

That Dr Krebbs is a good listener and very caring and professional. I had a [TIME] appt and got there at [TIME]. The office ppl never pulled my file so I did not get in to see him until4:30 after we went up to the desk to ask why ppl that came in before us, got in before we did. The nurse that took us back, and the male nurse that came in to get me ready for a cortisone shot were extremely apologetic for the office staff (who never apologized or acknowledged us the whole time we were sitting there) We appreciated the apology and acknowledgement from them, they were very kind and felt very bad. Dr Krebbs and nurses are great, office staff needs to be more aware and attentive in my opinion. Thank you!
