It was good. Elizabeth was nice and knowledgeable. We di contact her on an issue that put me in the ER for a herniated disc in my lower back but I was disappointed that she didn’t get back to us.

I only met her one time just to take the stitches out from the surgery so I really don’t have a lot of opinion, but what I did have was good care when I was there

Elizabeth Helpap, Dr. Eltahaway and the team are amazing they work together very well and they treat you as a person not just a name on a sheet of paper. They fight for you and they stand up for your needs and rights as a person not just another patient laying in a bed. This is the best team I could ever ask for to treat the problems I have. They look beyond your weight unlike a lot of Dr's I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. They see you as a person, who needs help to fix what's not working correctly, to give a semblance of their life back to them.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The medical team has given me my life back after thinking I would never again function how I used to. Dr. Eltahawy considered all my testing and my personal experience with my pain and was willing to help me. Six months after surgery and I am finally able to live life again.

She is very knowledgeable. Very kind. Also I didn't realize she was part of my last operation. She personally closed my incisions. And compared to my other previous surgery incisions, she did an excellent job! I appreciated her way of explaining my personal situation to myself and my husband.

She was very informative on all my health. My daughter was allowed to be with me and had questions that she answered very promptly. That made my daughter very happy with all the information she received from Elizabeth. This was a great visit and would always want Elizabeth to see me.

This woman knows her stuff. Nothing gets by her. Many I wondered if she would be able to answer all my questions. Well she has never let me done. Her helper is very pleasant to talk to. Her receptionist always has a beautiful smile.
