Contact with provider was result of consultation in hospital setting. Follow up appnt was made at that time. Provider was prompt, caring, thorough in reviewing the X-rays, etc. and giving us information on patients plan for therapy. Would definitely recommend this provider and practice , felt well informed.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Both times I’ve been to this office, I barely waited at all and was always listened to about my pain and she genuinely wanted to help me figure out what was wrong so that we could develop a plan to get me on the right track. Anyway, I truly do enjoy and appreciate going to these appointments, non-judgmental and low-stress environment.

I was very pleased with Elizabeth Helpap. She was very easy to talk with and explained my situation in a easy way so I totally understood. I would definitely return to her if needed. She's excellent in her field!

Elizabeth is a caring provider that answers questions thoroughly; however there is minimal information or preparation for surgical procedures for the patient to prepare both pre and post op.

Back staff is awesome. Front / support staff not so good. I rarely ever get someone to answer the phone when I call. My last 2 appointments went great only because they were made in person. Not so easy to make by phone.

Elizabeth is caring and compassionate and is aggressive in treating a difficult health history that caused significant post op complications. She is prompt, protective and ensures I am receiving the best follow up care.

They didn't listen to what my history was and put false information in my medical notes that I had to call about. No sense of urgency to help me with my issue. Scheduled me out for 6 weeks even though I waited over a month to be seen.

Best at a Dr office I’ve had in years. Listen ed and tried to understand what I was saying and solve the issue. Explained to my understanding. Keep this one.
