I am extremely grateful to Elizabeth, Dr. Eltahawy and their entire staff. I am at a point post-op I truly never thought I'd be at after years of pain.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I don't have enough characters to describe how grateful I am to DR. Eltahawy, Nurse Practitioner Elizabeth Halpap, Jenna, Latoya and the entire surgical staff and post-op care from Krista, Mark, Shelby and many others whose names I sadly do not remember. MyMichigan has been incredible through every step of this process. After several years of worsening pain, I honestly never thought I would get to this point. I am finally pain-free. The relief I am experiencing is difficult to sum up in words, but being at this point has brought me to tears. But at no point has anyone involved in this process failed me. I am certain I would not have received this level of care anywhere else. It has been both professional and personal, and caring throughout. Again, I am grateful to each and every single person involved with my pre and post-op care. Thank you, sincerely.

With the exception of never seeing the Dr & receiving a reminder 2hrs before appt instead of the day before, I guess I would recommend overall.

Provider answers questions but education pre and post nil. When in a vulnerable position, patients should have education regarding pre and post operative care. Same for inpatient hospital services such as PT and OT - which were almost nil.

She has very good communication with the patient. She listens well and then check your chart to see if she can do anything else in checks all her resources to share them with you.

I felt listened to. The quality of the visit was very good and I feel like she is willing to find out what is causing my issues so they can be addressed instead of just a band-aid. I would highly recommend her.

In my opinion, Miss Elizabeth is the best. She takes her job seriously and conveys that to her patients. She is knowledgeable in her field and makes her patients comfortable while answering their concerns.

Contact with provider was result of consultation in hospital setting. Follow up appnt was made at that time. Provider was prompt, caring, thorough in reviewing the X-rays, etc. and giving us information on patients plan for therapy. Would definitely recommend this provider and practice , felt well informed.

So far so good I suppose. The Dr seems to care and was quick to go with physical therapy and things to try and fix my issue instead of masking it with pharmaceuticals ,so that's great. I feel like they know what they're doing and everyone is nice

Both times I’ve been to this office, I barely waited at all and was always listened to about my pain and she genuinely wanted to help me figure out what was wrong so that we could develop a plan to get me on the right track. Anyway, I truly do enjoy and appreciate going to these appointments, non-judgmental and low-stress environment.
