I felt well taken care of with my provider. She explained all details of my surgery, the outcome , what to expect afterwards! I had a great feeling of security with the care I was given and am still getting!

Technically good, minimal to no education regarding procedure, office/scheduling staff poor communication and follow up in scheduling surgery/procedure.

This was my first visit to see Elizabeth Helpap. My Neurologist made the appointment for me. I was very pleased with the information she provided for me.

They saw me in the office even though I was late because that was first time I had been to this doctor's. They also would allowed a chaperone with me if I were seeing a male physician and the nurse also put this in my chart. The staff I met that day were all professional and didn't make me feel uncomfortable in anyway.
