The office staff was competent and professional. They prepared me for the appointment and were able to answer questions. The staff was also efficient and there were no problems or delays with my appointment. Elizabeth Helpap and her staff were not only competent and efficient there was a "comfortable" atmosphere in the office. The visit was actually enjoyable.

The waiting room is far too small and overcrowded, with only one chair available when we arrived. I was there for a post-op appointment after spine surgery and was wearing a neck brace, yet there was nowhere appropriate to sit. Being forced to stand in such a tight space felt unsafe and unsanitary. I ended up with a headache and had to sit out in the hallway until a seat finally became available. On top of this, my appointment was scheduled for 11:15 a.m., and I wasn’t called back to see Elizabeth until 12:10 p.m. The excessive wait time combined with inadequate seating shows a serious lack of consideration for patient comfort, recovery, and basic needs.

My appointment was with the Dr.. That didn't happen. When I questioned this I was given the opportunity to speak with him, but my appointment was over.

I had to wait for the appointment as they were booked. They offered another Dr., if I wanted to see him sooner, but I refused. I kept the original appointment. She was very thorough with the results of my tests and explained everything to me and what I had to do next.

This whole office is amazing! From the staff that greets you during check-in to the nurse before you see the doctor or PA to the Dr and PA themselves. Feels like family. They truly care and take the time to listen and answer any questions or concerns you have.
