It was the first time I saw Dr Leonard. I found him to be attentive and thoughtful. He seemed to really be listening when I was talking to him. I know he studied my case before I came to see him because he knew things about me that I didn’t tell him. That really amazed me. Most doctors don’t take the time to do that. Kudos to him!

Josh is good and precise. Front desk people need a class on politeness. Office needs to figure out scheduling,I suffered for almost 3 months before I could see someone,not acceptable!!

Joshua Leonard is very knowledgable and thorough. He is well equipped for the PA position. His recommendations are on the side of cautious and conservative which is valued by me. He has a challenging job to get at geriatric, gastro issues while having an empathetic manner toward the patient. Some practitioners are all business w/o an empathetic bone in their body but Joshua has both—-skill with an excellent bedside manner. Appreciate the time he is willing to take to collect all info. Dr. Leonard was rude and acted better than me. Never even examined me, I felt as if I wasn't wanted there.

I absolutely LOVE Joshua Leonard and would recommend him to anyone and everyone. (I actually did recommend him to my sister in law as she was looking for a new GI doctor.) But I cannot say the same for the front desk staff here. The woman who checked me in for this visit was obnoxiously rude, made exaggerated sighs and rolled her eyes at me when I was simply answering her questions. I had waited for her to call me to the window, so it's not like I interrupted her but she still acted like my presence was a huge inconvenience to her. At checkout, another staff member was helping me but the first woman was behind her loudly talking/ joking with another coworker, calling her a "basic b**ch". Like I said, I assume they were joking, but I feel like that's unprofessional to be saying when there are patients present. And her behavior at check-in was very unwelcoming and rude.

This was my first visit to the clinic everyone I had contact with was outstanding over and above, I would recommend this to family and friends and anyone else. Being my first visit we have a ways to go before we get results from test and x-rays. but but I'm sure I will experience expertise, professionalism, promptness and a good experience I want to thank everyone for their time especially Teresa the check-in nurse.
