Molly is never professional, and keeps a very light and comfortable atmosphere during my visits with her. I enjoy my medical appointments with Molly, and look forward to my visits with her. Molly is very kind and personable.

I have had nothing but the most wonderful experiences with the staff at this office, starting when we walked in the door, the nurses and doctors. I have always felt heard and listened to. The staff is the best and so are the health care providers.

When I came for a visit and I was scheduled to see Molly and it was changed, that was not the problem, the problem was the distance I was asked to walk to the next exam room.. Though I had a walker, my pain level was already reported to be at 5 and, by the time we arrived at the second assignment exam room, my pain level was at 8 and I was in tears. I have a high tolerance for pain and I suppressed my feelings in order to complete the visit and get out of the building. I had no pain med with me. My son was given a broke down wheelchair to get me to the car.

They made coming to the office with broken wrist sounds funny but pleasant.i was nervous never broken or fractured anything before my visits to the office was nit do scary because staff was very professional

Everything was great- except the receptionist that sits at the desk doing whatever she’s doing and lets you stand there forever until you have to interrupt her to get her to check you in or out for your appointment. Poor customer service.
