He is gentle and kind but maybe doesn’t explain as much as he should. Most of the time he isn’t on time with his appointments. He probably should be in his office more than one day a week.

MA was great. Doctor took forever to get to me. Didn't listen to me about my concerns about the current medical issue!!!

The wait to see Dr. Kheterpal for a scheduled appointment was unacceptable. Appointment scheduled for 0945 and asked to come at 0930. Was there at 0930. Called back by MMA at 0950 and spent 20 minutes with her. Dr. Kheterpal did not show up until 1100 and then spent less than 5 minutes with me for a cost of $180! I am in good cardiac condition so doesnt surprise me since he was running quite a bit behind schedule! Dr. Kheterpal is a wonderful physician and takes great care of his patients who truly need his expertise.

I’ve had Dr. Khetarpal for many years, and always consider him a very knowledgeable and thorough doctor! I would recommend him and his staff to anyone that was in need

It is a long wait after you arrive before you actually see the doctor. Sometimes about 1 3/4 hours. He doesn’t want to answer questions he feels the general practitioner should answer even though we felt the problems were heart related. He is kind.

Dr is great & will help you get what ever's wrong straightened out. He was wonderful to me when I was in St Mary's. That's when he became my Dr. I couldn't have asked for a better Dr.

That dr K is excellent and his 2 nurses are awesome. Only complain was I waited for about 45 minutes almost 50 in the waiting room and then I waited 15 min back in the patient room. Dr Khetarpal apologize for the wait twice. His nurses talk to me for quite a while did the EKG and they were really great. They deserve a raise.
