If the Dr. is running over 30 mins behind; a courtesy call would be nice. My last appointment I drove an hour and then was told he was an hour to an hour and half behind. I could have left work later or changes my appointment, if necessary; however, I was expected to wait.

Have not been a patient that long. The doctor seems excellent but appointments are difficult to make and the wait time is well over 1 to 2 hours. Very frustrating.

I love Dr Vipin but I always have to wait a long time after my scheduled appointment time before I actually get to see him.

Dr. Khetarpal was wonderful, he sat down went through everything, explained results of his exam, what the plans are for further care and if we had any questions. We will forever go to this office. The staff were friendly, helpful and ready to answer any questions
