Everyone on the staff that I dealt with was friendly and helpful. It was my first time to this Owosso office. They made me feel at ease. It was a good experience. Looking forward to my next visit in six months.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Khetarpal has always been very good to work with, But there were times I had to call his office and no one returned my call. I know he is very busy, but almost always the staff did nothing to help me. Toward the last period, i was having problems and it seemed it was falling on deaf ears. Why?

Dr Kheterpal is a wonderful, caring, expert cardiologist. My family members and I have seen him for our heart concerns for over 13 years. I feel so fortunate to have his care!!

I only had one visit but once I finally saw him, all aren’t well. They have to stop blaming the new system change over for not sticking to appointment tines. I waited over an hour. In such situations, you can plan doing things manually as a backup.

Dr. Kheterpal is an amazing cardiologist who has always given superb help to me and other members of my family. I am deeply grateful for his expertise, caring and guidance. I feel so lucky to have him as my cardiologist.

Dr Ketarpal is excellent BUT,the time sitting there is ridiculous. My appointment was at 2:45 & I sat in that little room for one hour & 10 min----- absolutely ridiculous

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Make sure that this provider's office understands if you have more than one insurance provider, they need to bill both insurances, otherwise they will bill you without submitting to the second insurance provider. This has happened to me more than once. Billing is not following through with billing to all insurances. This is very inconvenient for the patient and also very frustrating.

I always tell all my family and friends that I have the BEST cardiologist. And if any one needs,a cardiologist to call Dr's office. Also Dr's Nurse Mary is so wonderful to work with. She is so kind an caring. Whenever I call and have a question she is right on it and if she can't give me the answer then, she calls me as,soon as she can.

I liked the dr and staff. However in the 3 months I waited after my testing I never heard from the Dr or staff about my results until my Dr. Appt. No news is good news however.
