My recovery is much quicker I had a lot more support than when I had my left knee replaced by [HOSPITAL].

The first person I met there was unaware that staples had been removed and an X-ray completed before I arrived. Tiffany came in and saw me for a few minutes and I was surprised she didn’t look at my surgical site. I am not sure why I had to go to that appointment. I was having a lot of pain that day

When I got to my appointment somehow someone had canceled my appointment. No one in the office knew who the person was or where they worked at. The staff were able to work me in still at the original scheduled appointment time. I think that was great of them to get y me in when they did. Above and beyond their job.

My experience with this provider was not the "usual" shoulder replacement due to an infection. I received excellent care from the majority of staff associated with Dr. Taha.
