What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I was not happy with my last visit. First they couldn’t find my blood work that I took in the 6 months prior to my appointment. Had bloodwork done after visit. Called me and told me I needed to take new medication. I called back to see where they sent it because my pharmacy had no prescription for me. I called 4 times and left a message and finally the fifth time the receptionist went back and told them to pick up the phone and talk to me. I would’ve thought if I had some issues going on the doctor would’ve called me. Just not real happy with the service I get the last couple times being there at the beginning it was really good.

If you ask a question over just to make sure you understand her ,hervoice gets really loud like she is irritated with you and she is almost yelling at you.

Both the staff and my doctor always do everything that they can to go above and beyond to make sure that I have my injections and that I am fully up-to-date and aware of all of my blood test a truly excellent Team!

If you need a rheumatologist, Dr. Kaur is the best!!!

Very friendly staff, especially the ladies at the front desk. Dr. Kaur is very thorough in her research of my issue. I feel she discussed symptoms with me and ordered appropriate tests to diagnose the issue.

Never been treated like I was. Appt lasted all of 3 minutes with her yelling at me for placing a complaint, then stormed out. And all this with a phone in her ear.

Very good rheumatologist, but currently I have made 3 calls for a med change confirmation that wasn't mentioned to me, and now, it's Friday. The office is closed till Monday.

She seems smart, but is very cookie cutter, not much personality or empathetic. Seems knowledgeable but didn’t make me feel comfortable like I was a suffering human, more like I was just another patient

I would say do all your research first before you go there it's not what it seems to be I have problems ever since I started going there and it's still ongoing I'm not happy I'm up auto medication my formal doctor had put me on now she's not giving me those Good luck cuz it show one for me

Good overall experience. The staff member who went through my medications with me prior to my recent telehealth visit was unable to pronouce/seemed unfamiliar with several of the meds, which made that communication difficult.

Results were good, but it took a while. I was sick and needed to change appointment. Next she had to change appointment time.

It was my first visit she was rude when I would ask a question she made me like my questions wasn’t really not worth answering. I cried I felt like she because I felt profiled. I told my daughter she said that not the doctor for you. I will not be coming back to her. I still need a RA doctor thanks
