Highly recommend Dr. Kaur. I feel like she truly cares for her patients

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I wouldn’t recommend this provider to my friends or family. I feel she wasn’t really interested in my issues or helping me with understanding them. My last appointment with her was at 10:30 and I was in the parking lot by 10:40 but that could be my fault because I knew I would not be seeing her again so had no questions for her or things to discuss.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Kaur listen to what I had to say. Offered me different option from meds to ot. Dr Kaur has a great professional and knowledgeable manner. Such a shame that she is moving on because of internal matters. I will continue to use Dr Kaur where she ends up. Hard to find a Great Doctor and she is one.

Dr. Kaur takes extra steps towards my medical care. She explains everything in terms I can understand. She is kind,caring and has a great health plan for me to get well and medical conditions under control. We need more Doctors like her. She has changed my life for the best.

Dr Kaur listened to the concerns that I had about my health, she explained my labs and overall why I am experiencing the pain I feel through out my body. She's caring and understanding.

Dr. Kaur is very knowledgeable and is relatable. I had some issues with my records getting transferred from my PCP to her office; my doctor said they were shared, but Dr. Kaur said she had no seen them at the time of my first appt. I am not sure who was at fault but it would have helped in the discussion of my status and why I was there. Dr. Kaur was somewhat formal, but answered all my questions, and understood my concerns.

Dr Kaur is very kind and considerate. She is patient and a good listener. I never feel rushed at appointments.

I have referred a few friends and family to see her as it took almost 20 years to get the right treatment. As soon as I switched to her she prescribed me a biologic which has changed my life for the better. I have been told by friends and family and everyone who knows me a little that I am back to my old self and can just see how much better I am. I am not as depressed and happier and more social now. I can work better and even think better. Going here has been the best choice I've made in 20 years.

I really like Dr carr. The people at the desk acted like that did not know me not real friendly. I liked Joe he was the best the nurse was great please bring back joe.

A very caring & thorough Doc. Doesn't make you wait to see her for hrs past your scheduled time. Staff are helpfut and nice too

Dr Kaur is way overworked by not having a specific medical assistant to work with her and no one else, therefore lessening the Dr's load so she can spend more time with her patients. She is a great dr, start appreciating her.

I was not happy with my last visit. First they couldn’t find my blood work that I took in the 6 months prior to my appointment. Had bloodwork done after visit. Called me and told me I needed to take new medication. I called back to see where they sent it because my pharmacy had no prescription for me. I called 4 times and left a message and finally the fifth time the receptionist went back and told them to pick up the phone and talk to me. I would’ve thought if I had some issues going on the doctor would’ve called me. Just not real happy with the service I get the last couple times being there at the beginning it was really good.

Got lab work done prior to appointment and couldn’t get a cbc because of no diagnosis to support it. Spoke with some from the office 3 times and each time they said they would take care of it and never did. This happened the last appointment and I ended up paying over $100.00 dollars for it. I was not going to do that again so I never got it. At appointment she said she’d order hand braces and didn’t. I sent a message via My Chart. It’s been a week and haven’t had a response. Not to happy with the whole situation

Not real interest in any feedback from me . I see her every 6 months. I was asked about my pain level but no solutions offered or even mentioned by the Dr . There was an issue about my meds and I feel she was more worried about being blamed for it instead of helping me .
