Dr Kaur is the best Rheumatologist I've found. She expertise, knowledge and concern for your health is outstanding. She is willing and interested in getting to the bottom of your symptoms and has care and compassion in helping you feel better.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Kauer is a knowledgeable and caring Dr. I am very disappointed that she will no longer be there. She is the on!y reason that I go to your facility. Most of my Dr.'s are at [Hospital]. Again, she is the only reason that I was going to your facility.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I have had nothing but an excellent experience with Dr. Kaur. She has been by far the best rheumatologist that I have had the pleasure to be under her care. I cannot understand why My Michigan has been jerking her around. I have heard from other acquaintances about their experience with My Michigan which has not been favorable to say the least. I am not willing to have another physician who is affiliated with My Michigan. If Dr. Kaur decides to stay in this vicinity I will return to her for my medical care.

I thought the world of her. She listened carefully & explained what I need to do. Not judgmental at all. I am sorry she is leaving. I do want to wish her well & joy in her new place.

She's ok at the office but if need something outside the office it's a different story. She depends on your family doctor to handle everything else.

I always say I hit the lotto when I got Dr. Kaur! From day one she was so understanding, compassionate and very knowledgeable about what was effecting my body. I have referred a few friends to her.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Kaur is the only Rhumetologist that was able to help with my auto immune issues, she is my 4th one. I am very thankful for everything she's done to make my life so much better and pain free. She genuinely listens to what you have to say and isn't just there to give you treatments to make money.

Dr Kerr was excellent and professional. Would recommend her to anyone who needed a rheumatologist. It is a shame she is leaving.

Jasleen Kuar is one of the best doctors that we have. She always is respectful and kind to us. She takes the time to review the records and give great help in dealing with any complications that have arisen. The back up staff is definitely lacking in patient care and responsibilities. The desk and nurses that are there to help are usually short and disrespectful. If it wasn't for Dr we wouldn't have gone. She truly was an asset and phenomenal Dr. We're very disappointed in losing her. We will be looking for another rheumatologist elsewhere

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Kaur is wonderful! She got my arthritis under control and I’m able to get around more easily! Her staff is great, too! Even though she is a little hard to understand sometimes , she repeats her message so I can understand her! I will miss her and her expertise with arthritis! Please show some respect to your female providers!!!!

Dr. Kaer was great and I’m very sorry she is leaving MyMichigan. She is very knowledgeable. My diagnosis was thorough, treatment plan helped immensely, great follow up appointments to check on how things were going. Always timely, in appointments and online summary of visit afterwards. Welcomed questions and answered them clearly.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Never go to this Dr, when I would go to my appointments she would come in the room and never come anywhere near me. A rheumatologist should check joints and how well you are moving, go ver labs. She never did any of these things but yet put in her notes she did. She doesn’t listen or care about the health of her patients. I could go on but I won’t. I will be seeing a new Dr soon and she is leaving so I hope to get my health under control again.

Please keep Dr. Kaur on staff! It's almost two hours from my home to attend appointments but Michigan has a severe shortage of Doctors as it it! Rheumatologists are even less available!

Not reliable took 4 months to get In 3 more months before 2nd visit didn’t have lab work and she’s leaving the office she got paid to take my blood pressure because nothing else has been done for me

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I wouldn’t recommend this provider to my friends or family. I feel she wasn’t really interested in my issues or helping me with understanding them. My last appointment with her was at 10:30 and I was in the parking lot by 10:40 but that could be my fault because I knew I would not be seeing her again so had no questions for her or things to discuss.

Dr Kaur listen to what I had to say. Offered me different option from meds to ot. Dr Kaur has a great professional and knowledgeable manner. Such a shame that she is moving on because of internal matters. I will continue to use Dr Kaur where she ends up. Hard to find a Great Doctor and she is one.

Dr. Kaur takes extra steps towards my medical care. She explains everything in terms I can understand. She is kind,caring and has a great health plan for me to get well and medical conditions under control. We need more Doctors like her. She has changed my life for the best.

Dr. Kaur is very knowledgeable and is relatable. I had some issues with my records getting transferred from my PCP to her office; my doctor said they were shared, but Dr. Kaur said she had no seen them at the time of my first appt. I am not sure who was at fault but it would have helped in the discussion of my status and why I was there. Dr. Kaur was somewhat formal, but answered all my questions, and understood my concerns.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I have referred a few friends and family to see her as it took almost 20 years to get the right treatment. As soon as I switched to her she prescribed me a biologic which has changed my life for the better. I have been told by friends and family and everyone who knows me a little that I am back to my old self and can just see how much better I am. I am not as depressed and happier and more social now. I can work better and even think better. Going here has been the best choice I've made in 20 years.
