Dr. Marshall is empathetic and takes the time to truly listen. She explains things in laymen’s terms to ensure information is not getting lost in medical jargon. She is an absolute blessing as a family doctor.

Dr. Marshall is an excellent provider. Very kind considerate caring individual. Very knowledgeable. Front desk staff were exceptional very helpful. The medical assistance/LPN not sure what she was could be perceived a little condescending.

Dr. Marshall and her entire staff are awesome and simply go above and beyond trying to meet all my medical needs. They actually take the time to listen and to reflect back what I have told them so that I know they truly hear what I am sharing.

Dr. Marshall is very kind, outgoing, and always listens to what I have to say. She is thorough in her diagnoses and will find ways to help take care of my situation at the time. She is quick to have someone from the office contact me to let me know what my results are for any tests and, if I have a question, she’s willing to look into the situation and respond as quick as possible. She’s always been friendly and sweet to me from day one she makes me feel relaxed and calm so that I’m not stressed over my appointment.

I have never had a bad experience or felt like they were rushing me out I come all the way from Saginaw to this office and changed my insurance as to keep my Dr and the office staff is always very pleasant

Don’t ask patients if their spouse is retired, don’t assume they are married. First ask if they are married. As a single again person this was hurtful
