Dr. Marshall has always been good about explaining what she’s ordering & why she’s ordering it so that I am aware of what she’s checking on, how it will be done & why it’s important to do it. The staff is very good at helping me get appointments for these tests or procedures and any other info I need to find this place, etc. I’ve been coming to this office for 26 years now& I feel quite comfortable with them all.

Dr. Marshall and her staff went above and beyond with care and compassion as well as immediate treatment for my mother [NAME]. She had labs drawn in [ ] and had a severe hematoma. No one else would see her so we came into the office without an appointment. The staff and nurse got her right in a room and Dr. Marshall treated it immediately. Knowledge and friendly. Dr. Marshall is very easy to talk to and I always feel comfortable around her. Takes the time to answer questions. Other than medical talk, she always asks about other things going on in my life like trips, etc.

I have an excellent doctor who is very knowledgeable. She does not push drugs as her first suggestion but tries to tackle things through health changes first. I really appreciate that about her.

Great experience. Loved the staff and doctor. Although I was very uncomfortable having my private doctor’s visit recorded on the doctor’s phone. I’m less likely to open up about issues. I also have concerns over who has access to that phone and concerns it could be hacked by someone.
