Wasn't to happy about my visit was one two and out the door! Didn't ask about my weight loss medication. Just not the same. Like theydon't care your just another person! Never was like that before! Things change!

Dr Marshall’s. Appointments are always on time meaning I never have wait more than a few minutes. When I call to ask a question I either get an answer immediately or I get a call back in a timely manner.

I just wish I could've got to see her when I was really sick in November and they said I couldn't see her until sometime In January, I needed to see somebody. Then not in January.

she is very nice and easy to talk to. she understands that pressuring you wont get you to the test. that only makes you mad and not wanting to come back. she just ask you again when you come in for your next appointment that maybe you change your mind.

Dr. Marshall is easy to get along with! She focuses on my conditions and is fluent in dealing with me as an entire person! In the past, I've had doctors that lived in the numbers and seemed to forget that patients are people. I definitely recommend Dr. Elizabeth Marshall if you're searching for a new practitioner!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
My wife and i recently relocated from [City], leaving our doctor of 20+ years. We were understandably concerned about finding a new doctor who would meet our needs. Dr. Marshall and her office have far exceeded our expectations with their empathic delivery of excellent medical care. I would highly recommend Dr. Marshall to anyone needing primary medical care in the area.

Provider not skilled in dealing with mental health or chronic pain. Dismissive, ignores c/o, rushes thru these issues. I was very disappointed as it takes a lot for me to discuss these issues. Things were very difficult for me and I felt dismissed and uncared about. We have to do especially when it comes to mental health. Feeling very defeated

Good doctor but very hard to get in to see if needed right away.

That lots of times when you call and need to get in because you’re sick they tell you to go to urgent care that they can’t get you in. That’s ridiculous. They need to keep more appointments open for unexpected visits. That’s why I have a doctor, so I can see her when I need to see her. You never know when you’re going to be sick.

If you are sick and need to be seen immediately, they can hardly ever get you in for an appointment. Sometimes you get lucky and get an appointment with the physician assistant, but they usually tell you to go to an urgent care

My experience has been good but I'm old school. I think PAs & NPs play an important role in the practice but should not replace Drs in supervising primary care. There's never any openings for new patients.

Dr Marshall is a very kind doctor. She listens to all of your concerns, I recently went in for an issue I was having and she did more for me in a half hour than my previous doctor did in more than a year.

It is hard to get appointments and cancellations/reschedules happen way too often. The MA staff have not provided follow up information. It’s almost impossible to get a call back about a medical or pre authorization question. There is no consistency with this office.

I would like to say that tests need to be scheduled sooner than a week after inquiries. That waiting period seems a little too long!
