Excellent doctor and staff. Not easy to get an appointment for care needed right away. Always suggested to go to er. Then why have a family doctor.

I have never had a bad experience or felt like they were rushing me out I come all the way from Saginaw to this office and changed my insurance as to keep my Dr and the office staff is always very pleasant

Don’t ask patients if their spouse is retired, don’t assume they are married. First ask if they are married. As a single again person this was hurtful

Dr. Elizabeth Marshall and her team have been excellent! I feel heard when I express the issues I am going through. Dr. Marshall has a sharp memorie and connects with me not just on a medical level but also on a personal level. I don't expect her to remember things like past vacations I've mentioned or little details in my personal life that I share, but she does remember and is genuinely a caring person. I just adore her and her team and the trip from [CITY] to Frankenmuth is absolutely worth it.

I respect Dr. Marshall and her treatment of me. I just had a very poor experience with one receptionist that was upsetting to me.

Front desk receptionist supposedly checked me in. I was 10 minutes early for my scheduled appt. I sat for the next 70 minutes waiting with no one checking on why. I finally went back to the same receptionist who initially forgotten she had checked me in. No response when I would be seen except of irritation with me. I had experienced the entire waiting room being called back to be seen except me. I felt forgotten and being of little importance.

Front desk office staff are less than friendly in person and I'm the phone. Clinical RN/MA are average. Dr. Marshall and Alec are excellent.
