After living in [City] for 30+ years, we were wondering about the quality of medical care we might receive in a rural community. Dr. Marshall and her team have exceeded our expectations and even exceeded the level of care we received at [Hospital] in [City]! Thank you, Dr. Marshall!

I really like Elizabeth Marshall for my doctor. She listen to me and takes time to hear what I have to say.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The care received is too shelf!!! But there's an obvious shortage of staff in this office. It took an inordinate amount of time to check out! One woman was on the phone assisting a caller, another one was trying to check people out AND check people in from the same workstation. Two other people passed by me and apparently checked out while I was waiting for the woman at the "check out" window. Hire a couple people please 🥺.

Dr Marshall is great. The MA that works for her is terrible. She argues with you about the medication you’re taking if it’s hard to get and HATES having to process a prior auth. The MA will ignore your phone calls when she’s sitting right at her desk and never call you back if she doesn’t have a response.

Dr. Marshall is a rarity, a great example of what other doctors should strive for. I have not had a single bad experience since I have been under Dr. Marshall’s care.

I love that Dr. Marshall is very knowledgeable, takes the time to talk to me, respects my personal opinions, and looks to find the cause of a problem. She doesn’t just mast it with medications.

I would highly recommend Dr Marshall to anyone and everyone I know. She is top notch. I am so happy I switched to her 16 months ago. She is kind and caring, listens when I tell her what’s going on and always goes above and beyond to help me find a solution. I love Dr Marshall!

ELIZABETH MARSHALL TAKES TIME TO TALK TO PATIENTS, AND SHE IS VERY GOOD AT KEEPING THE CONVERSATION FOCUSED ON HEALTH CARE. SHE ASKS QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS MINE, TOO. I THINK SHE IS IN TUNE WITH MY THOUGHTS ABOUT MY DIABETES CARE.
