What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Marshall is the best. She is patient and is genuinely interested in my children’s care and wellbeing. She is easy to work with and makes the whole family feel safe and welcome at every visit.

Never had a bad experience at this office. Easy to get an appointment and never a long wait once you are there for your appointment.

Dr. Marshall is a decent doctor but the wait time is very long and rude. The receptionist can be very rude.

I would 1 million percent recommend Dr Marshall to anyone and everyone I care about! She is phenomenal at making sure everything I need is taken care of and genuinely cares. I’m thankful to have found a pcp I feel I can trust.

That I wish they were accepting new patients. My in-laws need a new doctor but were told you aren’t accepting new patients at this time.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Marshall is amazing. My husband and daughter go to see her as well . She makes me feel like she cares about my family and I. Remembering what we do for a living and asking about our jobs. This is true of medical history as well. She doesn't ask questions I have answered before about my medical history. She answers all questions about our health in the office or when we call her medical assistant.

Putting my health care needs in Dr. Marshall’s hands has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my well-being. She is attentive, supportive, and thorough, never making quick judgments based on appearance and always taking the time to understand the specific causes of my health concerns. She is persistent in finding answers and takes a progressive approach to meeting her patients’ needs. If she doesn’t know the answer right away, she works tirelessly until she does. Not once have I—or my wife or daughter—left her office feeling hopeless, unheard, embarrassed, or unworthy. I am truly grateful to have her as my provider.

Love Dr. Marshall and her staff. Only suggestion I would make is to get white noise machines for the exam rooms. Patients can hear EVERYTHING being said outside of the exam rooms.

It’s hard to get in to get an appointment. Ruth is pretty rude at the front desk. The rest of the staff is nice and it does take a minute to get in for an appointment though.

Dr. Marshall is the best. She is welcoming and always ready to listen. She gives me the opportunity to bring up any concerns I has and is knowledgeable and considerate in her answers. I am so happy to have found her.

Dr Marshall is very thorough. She is very professional and I am happy with her care. However, Dr Marshall prescribed a medication that need to have prior authorization. I have called the medical assistant who claimed to be new. She said she would take care of it. I also left a message on mychart and a phone message. No call back and no prior authorization yet. I was prescribed the meds on the [date]. It is the [date].

The care received is too shelf!!! But there's an obvious shortage of staff in this office. It took an inordinate amount of time to check out! One woman was on the phone assisting a caller, another one was trying to check people out AND check people in from the same workstation. Two other people passed by me and apparently checked out while I was waiting for the woman at the "check out" window. Hire a couple people please 🥺.

Dr Marshall is great. The MA that works for her is terrible. She argues with you about the medication you’re taking if it’s hard to get and HATES having to process a prior auth. The MA will ignore your phone calls when she’s sitting right at her desk and never call you back if she doesn’t have a response.
