I just wish I could've got to see her when I was really sick in November and they said I couldn't see her until sometime In January, I needed to see somebody. Then not in January.

Dr. Marshall is easy to get along with! She focuses on my conditions and is fluent in dealing with me as an entire person! In the past, I've had doctors that lived in the numbers and seemed to forget that patients are people. I definitely recommend Dr. Elizabeth Marshall if you're searching for a new practitioner!

Dr. Marshall is one of the best Doctors i have ever had! She listens and cares about her patience. I would recommend anyone to have her as their Doctor!

Great doctor, very knowledgeable and explains options for care in a way for me to easily understand. The office staff is great too.

Good doctor but very hard to get in to see if needed right away.

That lots of times when you call and need to get in because you’re sick they tell you to go to urgent care that they can’t get you in. That’s ridiculous. They need to keep more appointments open for unexpected visits. That’s why I have a doctor, so I can see her when I need to see her. You never know when you’re going to be sick.

If you are sick and need to be seen immediately, they can hardly ever get you in for an appointment. Sometimes you get lucky and get an appointment with the physician assistant, but they usually tell you to go to an urgent care

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
My experience has been good but I'm old school. I think PAs & NPs play an important role in the practice but should not replace Drs in supervising primary care. There's never any openings for new patients.

To see Dr Marshall the Best Doctor’s around I have no conplants with her what so ever I hope to stay with her for the rest of my Life . Thanks Dr. Marshall

Dr Marshall is a very kind doctor. She listens to all of your concerns, I recently went in for an issue I was having and she did more for me in a half hour than my previous doctor did in more than a year.

It is hard to get appointments and cancellations/reschedules happen way too often. The MA staff have not provided follow up information. It’s almost impossible to get a call back about a medical or pre authorization question. There is no consistency with this office.

I would like to say that tests need to be scheduled sooner than a week after inquiries. That waiting period seems a little too long!

She was great!!! But the only time I could see her was on my short 6 month app. Not her fault too many patients and she try’s but did not want a male practitioner. It was not good so sorry
