The front desk, Jackie, is very friendly and always helpful! Always has a smile on her face. The lady that schedules appointments, that sits behind Jackie, is very off-putting, stand-offish and very rude. She’s the only downfall to the whole practice. She should not be in the front line.

She was disrespectful and discourteous towards me and made faces towards me. She was very argumentive with me. She treated me as if I didn't even know my own body. I have gone to her for many years but now I'm thinking about finding a new provider. She doesn't seem to want to cooperate with my specialists of choice. She wants me to go to her doctor friends who are specialists. At my last visit all she wanted to do was argue and tell me how wrong I was. I couldn't get it through to her that I had gone to the hospital because my dog knocked me down and gave me a concussion, not because of the way I was taking care of myself. She just wouldn't listen to me.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Rebecca was very disrespectful and discourteous towards me. She made faces towards me and argued with me. I am seriously thinking of finding another provider. She did not seem to think I understood my own body and health care needs.

All the doctors ,and nurse practioners are very respecful and hear all questions ive asked, [Name] and i glad to have this place for our care.all staff members are also very nice and helpful,i wouldnt want to anyplace else 5 stars.

Great provider. Very knowledgeable of my medical history. Never have to wait to be seen, and always has future testing ready to go so I don't have to wait for orders.

Rebecca is completely professional, extremely competent, and very helpful. A few years ago, when I had my first appointment with her, I told that I had been waiting a long time (months) for my CPAP machine. She immediately got on the phone and took care of the problem right then and there . More recently, she has been very alert about making sure that I have the right prescriptions in the right doses. I recommend her very highly as one of the best healthcare providers in our area.

Medical assistants don't respond personally in office..... Up front staff have to take messages, but no one in clinical staff will will ever get back to any concerns.
