Whitney Mankins is very attentive, she listens intently to any concerns I may be seeing her for. She includes me when making a diagnosis or care plan, and does not hesitate to make a referral for additional testing or to a specialist.

I can’t say enough good things about Dana Katterman, NP. She is an exceptional healthcare provider who genuinely listens to her patients and takes the time to understand the whole person, rather than simply treating a list of symptoms.
Dana has always made me feel heard, respected, and taken seriously. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly easy to talk to. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and she takes the time to explain things clearly and make sure I understand my options.
What stands out most to me is how much she genuinely cares about her patients. She goes above and beyond when it comes to providing thoughtful care and support. I have had experiences with healthcare providers where I felt like just another number, but Dana is completely different. She treats her patients like people and shows real concern for their well-being.
I am extremely grateful to have Dana as my healthcare provider and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated nurse practitioner. She is truly an outstanding provider.

I would not say this to my Family or Friends but for your information when you take Blood, Urine and other Test. It would be nice if I received a call explaining the test results and ehat it means rather than just posting it to My Chart and expecting me to know what it means. Unfortunately, I did not attend Medical School.

Very conscientious, thoughtful, and good listener who is put in a difficult position to diagnose, and refer to other providers with very limited experience.

Came with a cold but she didn’t exam my ears throat one checked my chest in one spot. Wasn’t interested how I felt. A robot could have done that. Not friendly or good bed site interest. Ordered x ray. Ordered prescriptions. But they got me in in a few hours. That’s my opinion.

Dr. Smith is always professional and Courteous, I feel as though I’m getting the best care possible at her office. I am very satisfied with the treatment that I have received, and have zero complaints.

I always receive excellent care and even in just chance meeting she is looking out for my health. I was in the ER tor Covid and we had a chance meeting Just by ,poking at me she notice something was wrong in my appearance and my mannerisms. She send me for a car scan and that is when they fount my brain tumor. Shelby is not only my physician nut she I’d also also on of my angels.

Very busy office, understaffed. My family does not share the same provider. We are a healthy family and have been penalized for it. Automating and removing people is a poor decision by the health system. People are the personal point and care is personal.

The whole experience from check in, rooming, seeing the doc, check out- all is seamless! These staff members care about their patients and it shows in their words and actions. I recommend this office any time someone needs a pediatrician.

They has to reschedule me three times for this appt. First time was becasie they didn’t tell me I needed labs before and the next two the provider cancelled the day of the appt. So finally got seen on the fourth try. Very frustrating

Best doctor in town. Always has a great attitude. Asks how things are going in my life. I'm sure it's to check my mental health. As a good doctor should. I recommend her to all my friends and family.
