The MA Breanna was not professional or kind. She was busy talking with someone else when she called me back, stopped at the scale while continuing the conversation with someone else, and merely pointed at the scale for me to step on. Then when taking my BP, she positioned me with my arm dangling and the BP seemed high. I asked if she would mind taking it again. She sighed heavily and got the manual cuff and pumped it up so far I almost released the Velcro. No surprise the BP went up over 30 points systolic and 10 points diastolic. I said wow those 2 numbers are very far apart! She recorded the second reading that was 30 points higher and said “Well I have to put a number down in the computer .” Professionally it is most advantageous for records to be accurate!! Dr Wolford repeated the BP procedure and kept my arm at heart level and gained an accurate BP reading. I discussed my frustration with the BP technique and unprofessional treatment from the MA. Calibration with staff needed.

I have been impressed with Dr Wolford’s care. He always knows my situation when he comes into the room which saves a lot of time. He asks the right questions and listens to my concerns. I am very happy with the care I’m receiving from his office.

They're not sending in my prescriptions. So all the other good stuff. Sorry I don't appreciate it. I'm at a doctor's visit and we don't go over my prescriptions. And I'm there for a reason and the prescription don't get set in, and I leave a message. And I call the office and the prescription still don't get sent in not happy.

He is an excellent Dr. Who explains in detail my problem. Gives a happy welcoming that makes me feel very comfortable. Very polite as his staff is as well. Wish there were more Dr's like him!

Dr Wolford is an exceptional doctor! He is very thorough. He is very respectful. He communicates excellently and listens just as well! He is a new provider to me as of this past January. And in that first visit he did more for me to help me than my previous provider had in the last 2 years. I feel so lucky to have him overseeing my health care!

Dr W. was a good listener. First visit so getting to know my med. history . He asked what concerns I have & we went over everything I asked about . He said he’d see me in a year for next Medicare check . I hope that he is right and I can stay as healthy as I was that day !

Very nice gentlemen very personable. This is my first meeting with Dr. Wilford. You can’t buy it I have about my Michigan and not this Doctor directly. I was informed of a change of appointment but not why and was not notified why or that our previous Doctor had moved. Just received a letter I had an appointment with the PA and then received another letter. I had appointment with Dr. Wolford. Just a suggestion that a personal phone call from someone at my Michigan health or the doctors office to explain why my appointments were being changed would’ve been helpful.

I have an extensive medical history and I think he is trying to catch up. Right now I’m trying to get a question answered about a prescription he prescribed. Not having a good experience.
