Very respectful, professional and listens thoroughly to my input, especially when I am most vulnerable. She works diligently with insurance company to get prior approvals with other specialists or tests. A positive disposition. Knowledgeable.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Typically very respectfully and responsive to my inquiries. Only had one appointment that had to be changed by the provider, otherwise, all other appointments were kept. One main difficulty is not due to this office but rather the extraordinary length of time it takes to get referrals responded to from other specialists such as Orthodonists or ENT. The provider has been very diligent is seeking prior insurance approvals for needed tests such as MRI, etc. For this I am very grateful. My one hesitancy may also be due to the insurance company, however, with my medical history (spinal fusion and nerve damage), I am finding it difficult to get pain medicines or get on a pain medication regiment. We are working on, but it does not seem to really help. However, I am hopeful.

Megan is very knowledgeable, listens to my concerns, and is friendly. I appreciate how she makes me feel like I am her only client at that moment, yet conducts her physicals efficiently. I appreciate all of her advice and medical expertise! I would highly recommend her to anyone! Thank you also to the office staff, they are all so friendly and efficient.
