Dr Knust is professional, understanding and listens to our concerns. She always addresses all of my issues, and concerns. She is friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. We love having her as our Doctor!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Sarah Knust is a very caring young woman. She talked to this 83 year old woman with care and concern. I went home with a sense that my minor problem had been resolved through her. Thank You Dr Knust.

I have no idea what could be done to make it better than it was while I was there.

Everyone is friendly. We especially like working with Sarah. She listens and is informative and helpful. Glad to have her as our doctor.

I'm always comfortable going to Family Practice I've been going for almost 40 yrs and if I wasn't pleased with my care from any of the doctors or staff I would've found somewhere else to go. I'm very satisfied with the care I get.

Thank you Dr. Knust for taking time to look over my medical history prior to my appointment. And I also thank you for taking the time to answer all my questions. I did not feel rushed or unimportant. I hope you stay in the Midland area.

No, although I have seen her only a limited number of times, I feel she does a very good job, better than most.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I would have appreciated a paper copy of the summary of my appointment. I don't use a printer, I feel that having a hard copy is very important to me. I know I can request a hard copy, but it isn't easy to remember at each appointment.
