I have the highest regard for the professional skill and caring Dr Haken has always shown me. She is a highly skilled, thoughtful and responsive listener. I'm very fortunate to have Dr Haken as my PCP and would certainly recommend her to others.

Dr Hakeem is easy to talk to. She responds to questions and my opinion about all problems even those that are only tangentially related to her area of expertise. For example, my hearing aids. I am quite satisfied with our relationship.

Dr Haken is one of the best. Very knowledgeable and caring. The whole office is great. Whenever I call Marcy is always kind and helpful. Jeannie at the front desk always has a smile on her face and is very welcoming. Would highly recommend this office.

Samantha Haken is probably one of the best doctors that I have ever had. She always makes me feel comfortable and heard during my doctors appointments. She cares about you and how you are doing just not about health but your mental health as well. Haken is a 10 out of 10!!!

It is very difficult to get an appointment for non acute issues. I do not like having to make an appointment to ask for a referral to a specialist that I have seen before. I also don’t understand why I cannot see a NP or PA if one is available. I was told I “have to” see my provider. That’s hard to do if she is booked out months.

She listened to concerns I had. Ordered heart monitor. Two days later got a pacemaker. No other doctor caught this. She and her team never fails to follow up.

This is the best office staff and Dr . I am blessed to have found them. I can't say enough about professional, caring, courteous, on time, clean. They all deserve the highest kudos. If they can be rewarded by Mid Michigan hospital they deserve it and more offices need to follow their Operating discipline.. absolutely not 1 complaint.
