This is the best office staff and Dr . I am blessed to have found them. I can't say enough about professional, caring, courteous, on time, clean. They all deserve the highest kudos. If they can be rewarded by Mid Michigan hospital they deserve it and more offices need to follow their Operating discipline.. absolutely not 1 complaint.

She's very busy sought after Dr yet I never wait more than 5 minutes. They use a well programmed office/healthcare system, and are located across the hall from a great lab that accepts my insurance too.

I couldn’t refer a better doctor than Dr. Samantha Haken. She listens, make sure you understand what she’s saying and expedites protocol for getting each appointment scheduled. She wants you to get over whatever is bothering you or get you a referral to another doctor if needed. I really like and appreciate her so much!
