I have only had extremely positive experiences with Dr. Haken. She is hands down, the best doctor I’ve ever had. She thoroughly listens to my concerns, and answers all my questions to the best of her ability. I have never felt rushed during an appointment. She has given suggestions when I am unsure how to proceed. She explains things in a way I can understand. I feel like she truly cares about my wellbeing. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding my physical and mental health (including doctor appointments) and she has always made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Haken has been so wonderful! Everytime we’ve contacted her care team about concerns we’ve had with our newborn, she’s responded swiftly and been able to get him acute visits within the same day! So happy with our choice for his doctor :)

The thing that concerns me most with the office is that they never have appointments when I need a sick visit. I am always sent to urgent care.
