Since becoming a patient in Dr. Haken’s practice, I have felt reassured that she is a concerned, well educated and professional doctor. She listens carefully, asks insightful questions and follows a professional format to learn about your health concerns. In addition, she is very approachable ,pleasant and well prepared.

Doctor is wonderful. The person who checks you in is unfriendly and not helpful (NOT THE WOMAN with short gray hair, she was very nice and helpful)

The office is extremely efficient and everyone is very friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait long in the office before seeing Dr Haken, which was not always my experience with past PCPs. No complaints whatsoever.

She is technically very strong, and her online support via the portal is outstanding, whether that’s a prescription question or responding to a quick question. In person and using technology, she is friendly, approachable, listens well, clearly cares, and yet is efficient with her time and mine. I have utmost confidence in her, her team and my medical care.
