Yes,. My husband and I both like Dr Haken and trust her to provide the best care as needed. The ladies at the welcome desk are always friendly. However, some of the nurses need to be more cordial .

Professional, good listener warm and kind. Samantha Haken has been an excellent provider for me. She afforded me the time I felt I needed to answer all of my questions. She has ordered all the necessary texts for me, one of them lifesaving. A very thorough health check. After tryin a couple of other physicians, I happily found Dr Samantha Haken and recommended her highly.

Dr Haken is the best. Possibly the best personal care doctor I've ever had. Very nice, personable. She literally saved my life by telling me to get to ER immediately. I had a brain bleed which led to craniotomy

An absolutely wonderful primary physician provider However, she is extremely busy and booked and it took me a year to obtain my next healthy check up appointment. I was able however, to see her the day after I called for an appointment because of a cancellation. Truly a pleasure to be her patient.

I need to tell you “My Chart” doesn’t work anymore and trying to get an answer is horribly frustrating. So is paying a bill when “My Chart”doesn’t tell you what it’s for.

Samantha is very like able and she listens to me. She explains her reasoning for changing meds or ordering tests. Could not be happier with her. The office location on the first floor right across from X-ray and lab is perfect.
