She's very busy sought after Dr yet I never wait more than 5 minutes. They use a well programmed office/healthcare system, and are located across the hall from a great lab that accepts my insurance too.

I couldn’t refer a better doctor than Dr. Samantha Haken. She listens, make sure you understand what she’s saying and expedites protocol for getting each appointment scheduled. She wants you to get over whatever is bothering you or get you a referral to another doctor if needed. I really like and appreciate her so much!

I LOVE Dr. Haken herself but it is difficult to get to see her specifically if I have an untimely illness. There is a routine of this practice that I wish could change. When I have an annual Medicare exam, routine labs are ordered that day. I wish that orders for the labs could be sent early so that I could have the labs completed and be able to speak about the results with Dr. Haken the day of the exam instead of getting the results by email. Sometimes there are things that she and I could discuss in person rather than receive results and try to have the nurse understand/field any questions that I might have and later get back to me with an answer, assuming that she understood the question to begin with. Please let me speak directly with the doctor.

Most professional office I have ever been to I am [AGE]. Kudos, efficient, smiling faces, always willing to help and go above and beyond. Not an expectation they just do as part of their job. I can't praise enough. I was blessed when Dr Haken was recommended to me and she accepted me as a patient. Please keep her and staff .

Yes,. My husband and I both like Dr Haken and trust her to provide the best care as needed. The ladies at the welcome desk are always friendly. However, some of the nurses need to be more cordial .
