Treated well person at desk. Seen quickly ,saw Dr within 15 min...saw assistant during the 15 min. Katelyn included me in decision about meds. Appreciate being listened to.

Do not get tests done during Spring Break as no one is in the office if you receive a positive test that requires immediate treatment. You will have to go to Urgent Care or wait for the doctor to return to be treated. You shouldn't have to wait for treatment. Aside from that everything else is Good

She is thorough and uses appropriate language when describing something to me. She takes the perfect amount of time with me and I never feel rushed during an appointment. She welcomes questions.

She normally listens to me very well and I believe she cares about my health. That being said, with this last visit, I felt a tad dismissed, and left feeling a little discouraged.

I already have told several people that I really liked Katie, she goes out of her way to make sure she has answered all your questions and meds are filled. It takes time to earn my respect and trust, but I can say she earned it quickly 💯 %
