The provider is excellent but I was shocked at being threatened with being dropped as a patient if I didn’t come in. I think you should make it more clear that an appointment is REQUIRED every X number of months. I am a responsible individual & would come in if there was a problem.

Katelyn is one of the best health providers I have ever had. My wife is VERY picky about our health care and she just loves Katelyn. She always takes her time with us and I feel very comfortable with her care.

Katelyn is very concerned about my health issues and discusses a plan to solve them. She speaks in terms that are easily understood and always welcomes any questions I or my husband have concerning my situation. She is very knowledgeable, sincere and never rushes my appointments. I feel comfortable talking to her about any issue. Please keep her there!!! She’s great and I don’t want to have to change to anyone else!!

The nurse even spends time to talk about things while doing vitals, is always great to talk to. Katie is great about explaining things and always asks if you understand before moving on. I am so glad I was lucky enough to get in with her.
