What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I have been to health providers world wide. This has been my best health provider thus far. Would recommend with out a doubt to any one of my family or friends. Katelyn Gietman is thorough in takeing care of me. I always have to appogise to my wife after seeing Katelyn as Katelyn says I will live for another fifty years.

Our family would follow Katie Geitman for services where ever she chooses to practice as she provides exemplary care. You should pay her more and make sure to retain her!

Kaitlin is so personable, considerate, and thorough. She listens to my concerns and carefully explains things in terms that are easy to understand. She will share her screen when interpreting lab results and explain results in detail. She takes her time with me. I never feel rushed. She always asks if I have any further questions before she wraps up an appointment.

I personally have never had any thing not explained to me in layman terms. If there is a concern Katlyn Gietman will address it straight away and come up with a plan and a solution and always tells me if I can not control the concern. To contact her telephoniclly to address what the next plan and solution is to better thev medical issue. Never use the second plane as Katlyn is on top of everything the first time. That's why I appreciate my appointment with Katelyn. I personal will not hesitate to recommend any family member or a friend to Katelyn. Thank you for giving me the opportunity for the survey. Friendly staff in every area. Kaitlin is easy to talk to and listens as I'm giving responses. She quickly gets appointments lined up for further tests. Explains them when needed. Overall very satisfied with their care.

When I have shared/described/stated my feelings and descriptions of concerns with Ms. Geitman, I have felt listened to, understood, and treated with respect. Our interactions have been comfortable, conversational, supportive, and professional. She listens carefully and offers ideas, asking if I have considered solutions of my own to concerns I have expressed. I feel safe to share things that are bothering me and things that I feel good about without feeling judged or evaluated. Easy to speak and be with under all circumstances.
