Very pleasant. Listened to my issues & gave me the meds I am use to taking when I have hives due to allergies. This was my first visit with him.

I’m glad I switched my PCP to Dr. Mortens. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and attentive at every visit I have had with me. His staff are always helpful and friendly as well. I have recommended Dr. Mortens to other family and friends because I fell as though I receive great care through him and his team.

I will not see Dr. Mortens again for care. He didn't listen, didn't try to get to the bottom of the issue and spent almost zero time in the exam room although his exam notes say he looked at my eyes, nose, throat, listened to my heart and lungs- he did none of those things.

Doctor was recommended to me after my other provider left. I was very impressed and he took time with me. He discovered a major issue with my Thyroid that was in my medical records. I was in a therapy facility for a broken leg and they put me on thyroid medicine but I never knew and they never continued to inform my PCP. I feel a difference already.

Although not my usual provider I have no problem recommending Dr. Mortens as a qualified and caring Physician. I was bitten by a deer tick and reacted and my diagnosis was confirmed by Dr. Mortens. Prescription followed.

Lots of doctors don't take me seriously because I'm overweight. Dr Mortens does not assume that being fat is my fault and he doesn't end every statement with, "if you only lost weight."

Listens thoroughly, personable and kind! The medical assistant could be kinder and more personable, she made the beginning of my experience not great. But the doctor was great!
