The Dr. Is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 👏 🤩 He listens and gets to the problem fairly quick and I FINALLY got answers to my questions (After 4 yrs.) And I haven't even been seeing him but almost a year ago and he referred me to several other Dr's, and test after test, getting NOWHERE...NOW HE IS THE ONE WHO HELPED DETECT WHAT MY PROBLEM IS, I COULDN'T BE ANYMORE THANKFUL, GOD BLESS HIM! 🙏 💗 I'M BEYOND GREATFUL FOR HIM!!!

Dr Morten is a great doctor I have already referred people to him because of his professionalism being so awesome. He does a great job and is very concerned about his patient's health. His nurse Kelly [ ] is an excellent nurse she's very polite kind and caring.

The Office staff is as it should be and same as most like providers very helpful friendly courteous Dr. Mortens I’m just getting used to him he’s pretty quiet I guess in my past I’m more used to doctors asking questions probing my Health with questions about this or about that prompting me to respond. I find with Dr. Mortens he he’s quiet he doesn’t ask me questions he just waits for me to talk and then he’ll answer the problem is for me there are things that I should talk about that I don’t if I was asked about it I would respond which would start a whole topic of things to talk about. I’ll have to give him a call open up about a few things. He’s a nice guy. I’m just not used to a Doctor being so quiet guess my feeling is if you don’t ask if the doctor doesn’t ask you probing questions information that needs to come out may not come out. Hope this is helpful.

My appointment was needed to follow up on a bug bite I had gotten earlier in the week. I had visited an urgicare facility in Traverse City and was told if the area expanded beyond the highlighted area made by that provider, to see my doctor in Alpena. I was able to get in to see Dr. Mortens first thing last Friday and he followed up by prescribing another antibotic. I'm on the mend so believe he prescribed the correct medication. I'm pleased with the ability to get into the clinic so soon with the weekend coming up.

This was my first time seeing this provider. My regular provider was not available. However, Dr. Mortens seemed competent and business-like. I see no reason not to recommend him to others.

Dr. Morten’s really ostensibly to your concerns genuinely and responses honestly and compassionately. This was my first visit and I was very impressed with his concerns about done serious issues I am facing. He was quick to respond to urgent issues with my best interests at heart. His office staff was friendly and genuine in their ca and card concerns. I am happy I made this choice to continue my care with Dr. Morten’s after recently loosing a very amazing Nurse Practitioner Rachel Savage FNP.
