I would recommend the office to my friends and family. Jennifer has always been a good listener and always seems very concerned about my health and I’m sure I’m not the best patient but she is always courteous about my concerns.

This was my first visit with Dr Jordahl, I was very impressed. She had obviously looked up my previous history. She seemed most concerned that I get the right treatment (if any) and I suspect picked up on the fact that I may seem cheerful I do suffer from depression. Suggestions were made for changes I should make.

Jennifer is wonderful but the staff was incompetent except for the new gal. I made an appointment on My Chart that was confirmed & when I got there, I was told that I didn’t have an appointment. Not cool!

No one ever answers the phone when I call to schedule an appt. I leave messages and no one calls back. My chart messages are left unattended too for days/weeks before someone gets back to us! Referrals get placed but never followed up on to make sure appt are made. Jennifer herself is amazing, but the office itself has gone down hill.

Excellent, down to earth approach. Jennifer also set me up with a pharmacological consult, no previous care provider has done this, even though I've been a diagnosed diabetic for 20 + years. That has been a tremendous help, I believe I've seen improved results, in addition to the things I'm doing on my own, with a new medication regimen. Jennifer has also been helping me find ways to deal with my chronic pain, something I've been dealing with for over 15 years, and going though many treatments in the past couple of years, she has tried new medications and other recommendations, which I greatly appreciate.

Jennifer Jordahl listens and answers all questions. She's very thorough. She is very helpful trying to help me reach my health goals. She and her staff and very quick to answer questions on the portal, etc.

Dr. Jordahl is the best Doctor I have ever had. I trust her so much that my husband goes there, we referred his best friend who now sees her, and I have a coworker that's a new patient as well. I trust her with myself and my friends! Rachel, and Emily Dr.Jordahls nurses are excellent. Emily knows my medical history better than I do! She is always on top of medications and responds so quickly to anything I need. Rachel is newer to the office but her work ethic and friendliness fit right in! She's very prompt too. This is the best Drs office in the area and I truly believe that. The support and care you get from these ladies is phenomenal and greatly appreciated.

I appreciate Jennifer so much after having a bad experience with my care at my previous Dr.s office. Jennifer is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. I feel these qualities are very important between Dr. and patient.

I've only seen her twice! In the first month she got my med and dosage all straightened out, I seen my last primary care provider for all most 2 yrs and everything was out of wack! She really listens to me! She doesn't make me feel like I'm being rushed. She takes time to listen!

All good things, she listens indirect me to the right things that help and help with other things like what vitamins to use. What vitamins to drop if I need them or not.
