I feel that Dr Jordahl is very thorough, always professional, and very friendly. I sense that she wants nothing but the best for me as her patient. She is always ready to spend extra time explaining procedures, test results, and a plan for the future care and needs. Her staff is always very pleasant.

The Provider did not receive results of testing done, from a member in her office after they were reviewed. The Provider looked at the results 7 months later at the patient’s appointment. The results were abnormal.

Please don’t keep patients waiting 15-20 minutes to receive a vaccination you pushed. If you are you to push a vaccine please make it quick and easy.

She is very professional, listens, and seems to understand. However, I've been calling about my prescriptions for 5 days now that are past due and I'm not getting a response. I feel ignored and not cared for.

I really like Dr. Jordahl she's friendly, listens and takes the time needed with her patients. I wish she was in the office more and kept wait times shorter but she does take the necessary time with each patient (which I like) so I can see why the wait times can be significant between appointment time to seeing her.
