Jennifer listens to my issues, discusses options to correct and/or provides alternatives to correct. Labs are discussed in a manner in which even I can understand. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
She is the best. She listens and cares and will help you with your health problems. She suggests specialists and testings to be done. She doesn't rush your appointment. All three of our family have her as our PCP and are very pleased. We do not live in Auburn but will travel to see her, she is that good. The staff are wonderful, too.

Dr Jordahl takes the time to meet the patients needs. She shows a caring approach and very professional. I only see her once a year for my yearly physical and she remembered information from the previous year. I would highly recommend receiving care from her and her staff!

Jennifer Jordahl is on top of all of my information, lab results, scans, etc every time I have been to her office. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Jennifer works with her patients to help them achieve their best health.

She is an excellent provider. She listens and answers questions as well as gives suggestions and information in a way that is easy to understand. She and her staff are friendly and always helpful. I can always post on my portal and have an answer usually the same day. She truly cares for her patients.

She's an excellent NP. She goes over everything with me, she gives suggestions and information in a way that is easy to understand. She listens and answers all questions. Her staff is friendly and helpful. I always get a quick answer when I use the portal to ask questions. I highly recommend her.

Jennifer Jordahl and her entire staff (Emily, Shelly, Amy, Barb and Angela) our incredible! I recently just transferred our daughters from their pediatric provider to Jennifer’s office! Both daughters were welcomed and have been receiving the best care! My entire family loves this office and always knows we’re in good hands when calling them with our needs. - [NAME]

Very concerned about their patients Very friendly and welcoming. This was my first visit and made me feel very comfortable. I could ask any questions and Doctor spent time listening and encouraging me when I talked about how I want to better my health. Meds are hard for me to take and everything was explained about there benefits and I left feeling better about myself. And my goals. Nurse Emily was Wonderful too

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Jennifer has been very concerned about my health, setting goals and scheduling consults and follow ups. She is keenly aware of the predetermined time limits for my office visits and will exceed only as absolutely needed. Jennifer is a breath of fresh air in this unrealistic “efficiency-driven” healthcare environment.

I highly recommend her office and staff. They are great. It is very hard to hear in exam room as the vent on ceiling makes alot of noise

Tell them to go here! Staff is cordial & informative and JENNIFER JORDAHL is also that plus more; she's easy & comfortable to talk to, genuinely cares and suggests and helps. I feel she's concerned & that I'm in knowledgible & competent hands!! ONLY disappointment is this office no longer has a lab! Big inconvenience & I'm sorry MyMidMich hasn't replaced & reopened one there! Thank you!

It’s very difficult to get directly to her when needed. Doesn’t respond to requests to return a phone call. Very slow to update the portal after visits. Doesn’t follow through on some clinical observations.

Everyone is very professional and courteous when I call, email it go into the office. Jennifer listens to me and together we'll get a game plan on how we're going to correct my issues. The fan in the rooms are very loud and nice when they shut off. Wish they could be of while Jennifer is in the room with me.
