Sarah and Alena is great, the front desk girls are very inept. Most times they don't greet you, they ignore you like they are hoping the other worker will help you, then when they do acknowledge you they act like they are not sure what they are supposed to do.

Sarah is the BEST! She is knowledgeable and if she doesn't know something you ask she will find the answer! She saved my life twice. I wish I had the same care from all the other health care workers Dr. Included as I received from Sarah.

I think Sarah and staff are good although I have known about test results sometimes a few weeks before I get a call from them. Also, I have waited about two weeks for a referral. I don’t know if it is Sarah’s office staff that is to blame. Overall, I think health care in rural areas leave a lot to be desired.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Sarah Woods is an excellent nurse practitioner and her nurse that works alongside of her Elena is an excellent nurse. I always feel as though they have my best interest at heart. I recently had a heart attack totally unexpected Sarah had been working on different tests and things for me because she knew that there was something wrong. It was my Blue Cross that withheld a stress test from me and if I would have had that stress test I probably wouldn't have had the heart attack or I would have known that I was going to have one and it could have been avoided. Both Sarah and Elena are excellent. The office help receptionist on the other hand often times are not very friendly and rarely smile. I don't like that and there have been times when I thought I may switch doctor's offices because of the lack of follow through with the reception area.

Now that Sarah is back in the office full time it is better. I did call earlier this week to get an appointment for very painful shingles. I couldn't come in the one day they had open so I was referred to the after hours clinic.
