When the results of blood tests were processed by the provider I was given a call and explained the results. I was able to ask questions and get answers quickly from the provider and the team. Also, I appreciated that if any follow up was needed I would be able to contact the team.

I have only had 1 visit at this office. I am a new patient. Overall I would rate service 10/10 . The only concern I have is that when the office called me with my X-Ray results I called them back about 20 minutes later only to get a recording saying that someone would call within 2 days. My wife had the same thing happen also. She and I are still waiting for a return call.

Rodney is very thorough with my annual checkup, explains things very well and asks appropriate questions about my health. He always ends the visit with a schedule for the next checkup. He is very good about making appropriate referrals if necessary.
