Dr. Thompson diagnosed the root of my pain, what three other doctors misdiagnosed. I felt respected. I was not only listened to, I was heard. Dr Thompson gave me what no other doctors have, HOPE. And when you battle chronic pain, you want a doctor to give you HOPE. THANK YOU DR THOMPSON

He is 100% good listener and working out any medical problems and I wouldn’t recommend him totally. Ask also he’s good about staying on top of all the blood work and any tests that need to be done.

The other day, I was deep in a mental health crisis. I sent a message regarding how one of my anxiety medications wasn'thelping me anymore. I asked if I could be seen for a Virtual visit soon. This was on a Thursday morning, at 7:23 a.m.. At 7:40, I received a call stating that Dr. Thompson could fit me in between 8-8:15. Nurse Tiffany also did the check-in over the phone to make it faster and easier, including asking me the Anxiety and Depression checklist questions to better prepare us for the visit. Dr. Thompson helped me so much. He listened to my concerns and eventually figured out a new medication to try, to help me more with my anxiety. It has worked wonders so far, and I have a Virtual follow-up appointment to discuss all of this in about 10 days. I also discussed how my Therapy was going a bit, to keep him in the loop. Thanks to everyone involved for helping me, so quickly.

Both doctor and staff have been very patient and supportive of my family’s efforts to get my aging mother the best care possible. They have been excellent in providing both care and information to assist in her quality of life at her assisted living home. Doctor Thompson has always been able to have good quality conversations with my mom which really helps get to what is needed to help her recover. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
