Service has been very good. Friendly staff. MyMichigan's reminders are Extremely annoying. Checking is a waste of time as questions answered during checking are all asked again in person.

He’s a great doctor. He knows what he’s talking about. When I first started with him, I think there was a little bit more time spent with you. We’re now you feel almost rushed and I think that’s the reason why when you call to see him you can’t get an appointment and you have to go to a NP. I don’t like doing that. I wanna see my doctor. I have enough health issues. I don’t need to see a nurse practitioner so it’s changed and I’m sure it’s not him. It’s the facility.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I have been w/Dr Thompson for 2+ years. I am [AGE] & have several age-related difficulties. Dr & his staff have arranged for thorough exams, testing and consultations w/other physician specialists for certain chronic health issues. I have been very pleased with his focus on my health & with his assistance and arranging for specialist help w/specific evaluations of certain chronic health problems. He has put much time & effort into my health care. Recently was especially pleased when he noted during my annual physical I may exhibit a squamous cell carcinoma developing upon my right ear lobe. He promptly scheduled a biopsy of that tissue after the Holidays. 30 years ago my family practice physicians were proactive w/their observations, but for the past couple of decades I find many rely on patient initiative, observations and input. Patient initiative is necessary but active physician engagement results in more discovery, analysis and better & more cost-effective outcome.
