The staff is friendly, efficient and fun. It’s a great atmosphere, and they provide excellent health services. Dr. Thompson is easy to talk with, he listens to and answers all questions, in a conversational manner, so everything is easy to understand.

Dr. Thompson and his staff are very friendly, kind and helpful. Dr. Thompson has a great sense of humor and makes me feel comfortable and cared for. I appreciate how quickly the office responds to messages and how helpful they are. Excellent care!

DR THOMPSON IS A LISTENER. HE'S CONCERNED ABOUT MY HEALTH AND HE IS HUMBLE. MY [Age] YEAR OLD FATHER-IN-LAW RECENTLY TOLD ME THE FOLLOWING: "WHAT GOOD IS A DOCTOR IF HE DOESN'T TAKE THE TIME TO "KNOW" HIS PATIENTS AND THEIR HEALTH NEEDS!" ENOUGH SAID.

I have seen him only a few times as he is new to Midland hospital. Thus far, I am pleased with the care I have received because he has listened to me and takes the time to talk about my health. The fact that he has listened to me also tells me that he WANTS to help me and at the same he carries a sense of HUMILITY about him. I appreciate these CHARACTERISTICS that he has exhibited in the short time I have been to see him.
