Hayley Baker is an outstanding doctor. She takes the time to listen to you and she never makes me feel rushed.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The front desk girls were asked to remove my old insurance info and change it to my new insurance info and it wasn't done and I was without my medication for 3 weeks which made my cholesterol go sky high.

Hayley takes the time to listen, evaluate and makes recommendations after a thorough process. Never rushes through the appointment. Extremely nice, friendly, outgoing and makes the patient feel at ease.

Haley and her staff , including Susan who is Dr D's nurse have been so amazing this year as I have been a fequent flyer with the U of M and My MidMichigan and can say that I am very glad you in our state !

I think the world of Haley Baker. She always listens to problems & helps me thru them. She was so pleased with how my Blood work and weight loss have improved in the past year. I am so Thankful she is my Doctor.

Staff in the pharmacy has been so helpful getting my prescriptions to fill at the same time every month. It saves me time and gas money! Awesome job!

Nothing at all. Helpers and receptionist are all horrible.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Get answers to questions in a timely manner. Get urgent paperwork filled out and returned in a timely manner. Follow up with me when telling me they will follow up but never do.

Same as always. Good service and nice people. The nurse was different than normal, not as receptive as regular staff.

Nurse could be more friendly.

Hayley Baker takes time to talk with me and listens to my concerns about my health. She takes action and gets things scheduled promptly through the clinic. I am glad that I followed her to this office and feel the drive from grayling is worth the care I receive!

Hayley is an amazing provider listening careful and always working with me as the parent to find a solution. She is quick to respond and remembers from one visit to the next. Her team is great, very professional and you can tell that they enjoy what they do. Thank you!

What could have been done to improve your experience?
absolutely no indication at the time of my x ray that results were way behind. i am 2 weeks after my appointment and I have not yet received results. I defently do not feel as if I should be paying for a test where I did not get the answers, I received no follow up care or any instructions on the pain that I am in,
