Hayley is an outstanding doctor! She truly goes above and beyond for my child, and I couldn’t ask for a better doctor for him!

I was told (3x) rehab would be following up to schedule regarding right shoulder pain. It’s been over 1 week…..still waiting. Wonder how long it’s going to be before they figure it out. I know I can call them, that’s not the point.

Hayley and Shyanne are wonderful! They attend to my needs right away and make me feel well cared for. I also get to see other nurses and aides in the suite for my allergy shots, and the whole lot of them are awesome!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing! They attended to my needs right away. I am very thankful to have such a great healthcare team looking after my health needs.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Hayley Baker ALWAYS makes me feel so important and is so understanding to any and all of my needs.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
It would greatly improve my experience if I could make a nurse appointment for acute illness test swabs for things like strep, Covid, and flu and have the results sent to my provider to write antibiotic scripts when needed.

I have complete confidence in Haley Baker, she listens carefully & answers all my questions. She explains all my test results. I appreciate all the staff in her office, everyone is friendly & helpful if needed.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I can honestly say absolutely nothing that I can think of needs improvement. I’m very pleased with the health facility & the care that I receive.

Hayley has been the best provider I’ve ever encountered, so much so I sought her out for my daughter when she was born. I would recommend her to anyone. Hayley listens, and makes the experience personal to you. There is nothing I would change about my encounters with Hayley! 5 stars.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
It would be helpful for working people if the lab opened earlier than 9am. Not only do I have to take time off of work ,but then I sit there waiting to get fasting blood work done. If the offices open at 7am then the lab should also be open at 7am. Having a lab on Roscommon would also be extremely helpful.

Hayley was truly amazing at my appointment Made me feel extremely comfortable, explained everything really well. She never judges, always so understanding. I avoided this appointment for a long time due to anxiety.

Medical care discount.Never here back from them after I applied for help.Talk to the front desk the reach out to them but never find out what is going on.If I got approved or what.

All the nurses in that office are outstanding. If Hayley's nurse is busy, other nurses jump right in and help.
