What could have been done to improve your experience?
I’ve been trying to lose weight changing my eating habits listen to what they got to say to me to try and make life easier and what’s the COPD and the heart valve condition put in my heart. I’ve been a lot of things quiet down for me moving Upnorth.

Dr Harrington, takes time to answer my questions and cats the results for me. She is caring and I do not feel rushed in her office. That is very important to me thank you Mid, Michigan for Dr Harrington.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing could’ve been better. Everything is well organized.

Lisa Harrington is very thorough and listens carefully to your needs. Her "bedside manor" is very positive and comfortable.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
It's very hard to get an appointment within 6 months time.

Yes my Dr Harrington and her nurse. I am glad I attend Mid Michigan Health services and the workers in the pharmacy and blood Labs great staff!! Dr Harrington and her staff are. Very helpful so a great Jobs!!

My provider listened to what I said about my health concerns. Got me scheduled for physical therapy and ordered my blood work that day.

I have seen Dr. L. Harrington now 3 times in person and I have always been very happy with her. So far. I am very pleased that I had decided to find a new Doctor. In doing so I have found Dr. Harrington. She is Awesome.

Dr. Harrington and her staff are extremely efficient.and professional. They ask pertinent questions and listen to your answer, asking appropriate follow up questions, if necessary. I appreciate the quality of care received at Dr. Harrington's office.

Office and nursing staff friendly and helpful. Provider listened to me, gave me information on my health issues. Made sure I got screenings and tests scheduled.

After trying several times to get an appointment with Dr. Harrington, I finally was able to talk to her nurse Ashley who went up front to make an appointment for me. They told me to call at 7:00 a.m. for a same day appointment, but every time I called they would always be taken. It was very hard to get in to see Dr. Harrington, when I was having a real problem, which I had to go to the ER. They told me to see my family doctor as soon as possible, but was not able to get an appointment. It was upsetting. Dr. Harrington is a good doctor and her staff.

Be able to get an appointment if something comes up before your scheduled appointment.

No it was ridiculous the time it took to get what my husband needed. Dr. Harrington was wonderful only met her this one time to get a DOPA for my husband she was very kind and caring

Be more attentive and really listen to the patients. Not just assume they know the answers. Get more specialist closer to Houghton Lake , si h ad in West Branch

Not at the last visit. I was to see the dr. At 7.50am i saw her at 8.40am!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Let me no she was over booked but the nurse gave me my flu shot 8amand said she would be rg in. Nope 40 minutes later.

Dr. Harrington amd staff have been very responsive and helpful getting me prepared for upcoming knee replacement, and they have worked well to orvide my surgeon with a medical evaluation.
