What could have been done to improve your experience?
I was sitting in the area by the doctor's office and staff came and bilgerntly asked me was I waiting for a provider? No. Was I waiting for a doctor? No. Was I waiting for a NP? No (A provider, doctor and NP are the same, I'M not stupid.) Then what are you doing back here? I'm waiting for my [age] year mom, whose seeing the doctor. Staff did not offer to assist her on the way to the exam area. She became a little confused and wasn't sure if she went back far enough.

I lived in [State] 30 years prior to moving to Michigan. There is a recognizable difference in health first ([State]) and here. I’m very impressed with the facilities and personnel both in Houghton Lake and Midland. I have had positive experiences in all my dealings with MidMichigan. No complaints!

Dr. Lisa Harrington takes good of me. she always takes time to listen to me and her nurse, Ashley, is great and calls me back on at on a timely manner. I am so happy with the care that I receive from MdMichigan offices. The pharmacies are great and fills my meds and lets me know when they ready to be picked up I glad I changed to My Mid Michian healh

The receptionists and the technicians that did my thyroid ultrasound and breast exams were absolutely excellent wonderful people

I've never had any problems with the service @ Mid-Michigan and have been treated respectfully @ Lisa Harringtons office specifically. Great doctor from my experience.

Since I've switched to MidMichigan Medical Offices from [ ] medical offices, I am impressed at how much more professional, friendly, and efficient MidMichigan staff are. I recommend MidMichigan to all of my friends and co-workers.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Ever since I transferred my care from the Munson group to MidMichigan I have been very pleased. I have no complaints and have been taken care of very well. I have decided to get all my care with MidMichigan, including any emergency care. Should I need to go to a hospital in an emergency or regular care I will ask to be taken to West Branch. I do not want to deal with Munson anymore.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
More actual MDs and DOs, less PAs and NPs and less patients overall. These providers are always way backed up and overbooked. It should not take 6 months for an established patient to get an appointment, and it should not take over a year for new patients to be seen.

The girls are always friendly and efficient at check in. Once I get to the office, I'm always brought in very quickly. Nurse Ashley is very nice!

Make sure that the nurses are friendly and considerate. Ashley is great, but the nurse I dealt with a few times before that was pretty rude
