Dr. Harrington has always been kind, compassionate, and professional. She listened to my concerns and provided excellent care while I was her patient. Although I was disappointed that I could no longer continue seeing her because her practice changed to focus on patients with more complex medical needs, I understand and respect that decision. I truly appreciate the care she gave me and wish her and her team all the best.

Yes, I went to a specialist because I had a lump in my breast but he told me it was nothing to worry about, Lisa seen it and sent me a cancer dr and we were told it was stage 4 breast cancer. I ended up having a mastectomy she was my guardian angel, I will always be grateful

Yes. My Dr Harrington is very thoughtful and her nurse Ashley is for knowledgeable. I am happy very happy with care I get there. The Blood drawers are skilled they are courtesy!!!

After seeing the nurse, I usually wait for approximately 15 - 20 minutes before the doctor comes in.

My only complaint is the fact that mid mich does not but should have their own personal staff onsite lab rather than a contracted lab service so that we don't have to run around to other places to get lab service that is covered by our insurance.

Everything about the MMM is outstanding. I'm so pleased that I moved my medical care to Mid Mich, I was traveling to Gladwin but the care I received at Mid Mich facility is facility, felt very comfortable from the first time I walked in the door.

Experience was great from the start.

This was my first time seeing Dr Harrington. She was very professional. She was great at helping with my medical needs. I was very appreciative of the timeliness in which my appointment was.

Yes I was very happy with DR Harrington, I wrote her a letter on my chart and she responded quickly, I was having bad panic attacks and anxiety attacks and she prescribed medication to me until I was able to see the psychiatrist [DATE], I was really suffering I thought I was having a heart attack and had my husband call 911. I don’t know what I would’ve done without DR Harrington.

Lisa took time after her busy schedule to call me at home which was above and beyond what I expected. Chelsea responded very quickly when I requested a test for palpitations and assured me that she would look into it thoroughly. And she did.

Very happy with my overall experience would not change anything.

Everyone was very friendly, including the MA Shannon and Dr. Harrington. Very thorough and I felt like I was heard.

I went to Dr. Harrington about a possible heart issue. She was attentive and thorough, as always. She ordered tests right then and there. Within a week, I have a monitor on the way. She's incredibly intelligent and such a caring person. I drive from [CITY] Michigan to see her for my care.

The nurse who did my oxygen walk test was super nice and I appreciate her kindness. The lady who works in the lab reception is always very helpful and kind as well.

Rude patients in another office who was on their cellphone yet screamed at me when I was doing my oxygen walk test while having a conversation with the nurse, saying I was loud. (I was using an inside voice )

Dr Harrington is an outstanding doctor especially given the clinic's time constraints and patient load that she has. She does her absolute best every time I see her.

The only thing that could improve is the amount of time providers are allowed with patients and added time to make notes after each patient.

The time to get an appointment. The next appointment was 10 weeks out. I just happened to catch a cancellation. This allowed me to get in at a week and a half.

No wait time! Although it takes months to get an appointment. However, they do have a policy if you call by 7 AM you can get an appointment that day, which is fabulous!!!!
