Dr. Harrington and her staff is always very cheerful and helpful. They have always replied to messages through the portal in a very timely manner to provide care.

I know providers are on strict schedules, but sometimes I feel appointments are rushed.

Friendlier more concerned staff. Office that doesn't feel like a lockdown facility. A provider who listens to me and is more concerned with what is bothering me than going down other rabbit holes I'm not concerned about, for a few

What could have been done to improve your experience?
More actual MDs and DOs, less PAs and NPs and less patients overall. These providers are always way backed up and overbooked. It should not take 6 months for an established patient to get an appointment, and it should not take over a year for new patients to be seen.

The girls are always friendly and efficient at check in. Once I get to the office, I'm always brought in very quickly. Nurse Ashley is very nice!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Make sure that the nurses are friendly and considerate. Ashley is great, but the nurse I dealt with a few times before that was pretty rude

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The pain in my back and side has subsided so I can resume my activities that I enjoy. Am I perfect, no, but I can get up with minimal or no pain, golf, and complete my daily tasks.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Avoid surprise billings, avoid internet communication which is not one of my strengths.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
When I am told that I am having an appointment with a physician I expect to spend more than 2 minutes with them. I tried to ask for something and she stated she would take care of it at a follow up appointment. I have worked in healthcare for 30 + years and am surprised at my experiences I have had at Mid Michigan Houghton Lake.

Shannon is wonderful! She is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and overall efficient. I'm really happy when she comes to the waiting area because I know she will take care of me.

The receptionist at the main desk is always quick, efficient and pleasant. She always starts my visit off on a positive note.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I waited approximately 45 minutes for a blood draw at my last appointment. I knew there were quite a few patients ahead of me but it did seem rather long.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Everyone I dealt with was always very courteous and helpful. It makes it a pleasure to deal with MidMichigan Medical. I won't go anywhere else.

Dr Harrington addressed my concern ordered the test and gave a referral to the appropriate specialist. I am still waiting for the specialist and EMG to be scheduled. Dr Harrington has done and and outstanding job.

Yes, Fr Harrington's staff, especiaaly Shanon & Ashley. Always with a smile, professional and puts your mind at ease during my visits when I appear stressed. As for Dr Harrington, kind, vompassionate and takes time to listen.

My doctor, Lisa Harrington, and her nurses are amazing. I would not trade them for anything. Also the mental help services were fantastic helping me after my Mother's death in May 2024.

Drs assistant was temporary from another location. The examine room did not have either a blood pressure or oxygen device causing the assistant to locate them outside of the examine room

Dr Harrington was able to diagnose my pain and located the issue and was able to help relieve some of the pain. I was impressed.

I got into her office in less than 5 minutes.... I don't time how long it takes for her to come to me----they have other patients to care for and having been a nurse I understand some take longer than you anticipate.

Not having to be there at all!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!

Dr. Harrington and Ashley are the best!!!! They are always on time, are pleasant and a joy to work with. She is flexible with her appointment scheduling; is always willing to answer any questions and shows concern at every appointment. When I've had to contact either of them through the online portal, they ALWAYS respond within 24 hours or LESS with an answer or at least letting me know they received the email and will provide an answer. Even waiting for the final answer never takes longer then 24-48 hours. As for my healthcare from Dr. Harrington and her assistant Ashley - they are absolutely WONDERFUL!!!!!

My experience with my appointment with Dr. Harrington and Ashley was, as always, is wonderful and pleasant.
