I would definitely recommend Dr. Kerwin to anyone. She is very thorough and takes an interest in her patients.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
This was an introduction / first visit with Dr. Kerwin. Her staff was great though one might've been having an off day. She has appointments on Friday morning which is amazing. Dr Kerwin talked to me about my issues that were a concern and help me lay the ground work to help me make adjustments for my 6 week check up. Her and her staff are professional, courteous, and welcoming.

We switched to the Freeland office last fall. Dr. Kerwin and the staff have always been excellent. We are very satisfied with the location.

We left our previous doctor and went to Dr Kerwin as new patients. We could not be happier. She is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. She asks good questions, and gives complete answers to our questions.

Dr Kerwin has shown me exceptional care, even on things I would normally brush off for the sake of not causing any concern. She listens closely and no issue is too big or too small.

So glad I see Dr Kerwin now. Losing my former doc due to her moving to a new practice was scary, but Dr Kerwin has been amazing. I feel I'm in great hands.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
My only concern with referring people to my doc is the waitlist - when I first saw her it was going to be a few months out, but luckily a cancelation happened and I got in sooner. Awesome experience overall, though. I have really liked the collaborative care I recently started.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Julie Kerwin is an amazing doctor. From the first time I became her patient 1 year ago she is knowledgeable, prompt, kind, great listener, caring, very interested in what we are talking about my health. Asks many questions, talks about what direction she feels I need to go in. She has suggestions. Dr Kerwin is a real asset to the MidMichigan Healthcare Team.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Our family started seeing Dr. Kerwin earlier this year. Doctor is very caring explains everything in a way that you can understand. All questions and concerns are answered. The follow ups on My Chart are helpful and the Doctors follow ups are also great. The staff from registration, and doctors nurse are also great. We are so glad we chose to change to the My Mid Michigan office in Freeland.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Very friendly office …. Only complaint was recently using my chart , asking a medical question and no response as of yet . I was under the impression that was the quickest way to ask a question and get a response in a couple of days but it is going on five days now. I have called the office twice and they keep telling me the doctor’s not given them an answer yet.

That I switched from [another provider] to Julia to see if I would get better care. And the answer is yes. Julia made sure I had another blood test right after the results of an abnormal ultrasound. The blood test showed something went even higher out of range than my last blood test with [other provider]. This should have been discussed and more explaining on what was happening.

Dr. Kerwin is amazing, she listened to what my concerns were and took action. Of the many doctors I have seen in my life she was the only one who is truly looking for answers for me and not just slap on a "depression" diagnosis and push anti depressants on me. After only one visit I am already getting answers that I have looked for many years.

Dr. Kerwin was great but the person who conducted the wellness visit was terrible. Very condescending. Because if this I have decided to leave my Michigan and return to my previous doctor in the McClaren system.
