This was the first time to this Doctor. Seemed to be caring and listened to my concerns. Adjusted meds for better issue control

Dr. Kerwin and her staff are very knowledgeable and very caring. I feel very comfortable with them. I've had bad experiences in the past and I've finally found a great Dr. And staff.

Dr. KERWIN was excellent. She took the time to listen to any comments or concerns I have had as well as helping me set up a plan going forward to become a healthier version of myself. I know when I go to see her I am getting the best possible care and I trust what she has to say on all matters relating to my physical and mental health. I appreciate her kindness and positive attitude.

Dr Kerwin is THE BEST! She listens to our daughter, talks TO her instead of about her, and genuinely trusts the input our daughter gives her. She is a valued advisor and caregiver!

The office ladies are great! Always friendly and efficient. Dr KERWIN helped me to quit ignoring my BP and cholesterol. I started medication for both under her care. I feel confident she has my health under control now.

Dr. Kerwin is great! BUT The nurse who assisted me into room, took vitals looked miserable, like she didn’t want to be there, like she was forced to work for free against her will. She barely said a word & made it awkward. She looked like the lab tech who acted the same earlier this year. Not sure if same person or not.

Since we switched to the My Michigan Freeland office from My Michigan Heritage Physicians in Saginaw my family has been extremely satisfied by everything. Dr.Kerwin and the whole staff have provided.

Dr. Kerwin is exceptional! Dr. Kerwin has an excellent bedside/office manner. She listens intently. Dr. Kerwin's explanations are clear, easy to understand, concise. Dr. Kerwin always smiles, makes me feel comfortable during each visit. My wife and I are very happy that we signed on with Dr. Kerwin as our primary care physician. Dr. Kerwin is the BEST pcp we have ever had

Dr. Kerwin is the best doctor I have ever had.. She is understanding, caring, empathic and extremely smart. Dr. Kerwin truly cares about her patients and does her best to treat each individually for the best outcomes. The best part about going to her office is she makes the environment around the office feel like you are part of a family. I have suggested her to everyone who ask about a doctor to go to and honestly to a few who haven’t asked just needed direction.

Don't think that you can call up on the day you need help and you'll get it. But scheduled appointments are always on time. And she comes up with good ideas of what to do in how to handle the problem.

The nurse who preformed the initial interview, make me feel like I was a druggie or something when I requested Ambien or a sleep aid for future travel.

Dr Kerwin is very prepared when she comes in to greet me. She asks, how I am. She goes over everything since my last visit. We talk about all blood work, any results from any other medical procedures or test results, my medications. How my health is. Dr Kerwin is a very knowledgeable, caring, excellent communicator, great listener. She is a wonderful doctor. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

The best doctor I've had in my entire life, and I'm sixty five years old, she's well noleged, very persisted, takes her time explaining things to you, my last visit with Dr Kerwin she spent thirty minutes with me, explaining all my test that I had done, thoughly, it like a breath of fresh air
