Dr. DRORY IS MY DR. HERE....SEEING Jessica for the first time.....she was kind and offered help as I have another Dr. To see see.and offered to set that up...and I so appreciated that...your entire staff are all so helpful....thank you all sooo much!

The late policy at this office is taken to extremes and sometimes ignored in favor of enforcing stricter times than what is written. The written policy says 5 minutes or more late, you are asked whether you want to wait to be seen at next available opening same day and 15 minutes late is an automatic reschedule. My first visit was 7 minutes late but after helping the person in front of me was 10 minutes late to talk to reception, and they forced a reschedule (did not offer the chance to wait and still be called in), and the second time to the office was only 4 minutes late but still Reception acted like I can no longer do a physical but had to talk about one thing only and the office will bill me for that one thing. Then they want to schedule a physical for a different day with a different person. This changes whether Medicaid will cover the visit, and the amount of time needing to come in yet again over a few minute difference.

Yes very good and professional. The only negative would be these doctors are all interns and will be moving on to practice at another location.

I have already told several members of my family and friends that I'm really surprised at how much I like having my medical services provided here! One of the major benefits that I really like is the fact that they are able to care for almost all of my medical needs here at one place. I love the convenience of that!

As I inter the Office, I Am very comfortable and I know that I will receive the most support and understanding from All, The Family ( Staff) are the best thing that happens to Me and My Grateful is that they all have special support and Impact to me as well as Taking me as I Am, No matter how much pain or suffering I feel. Would tell them. If they had good inc. To come to your office. If not to go somewhere else. When I come, I'm only allowed to talk about one problem. I'm getting old I have more. And with a 45$ co-pay that is not easy for me.
