What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Sara Hill is a wonderful nurse practitioner. It is just awful trying to get an appointment by phone. No one ever seems to answer. You are just left on hold. The only way to make an appointment seems to be through the app and that is when someone gets back to you. All the people in the office and no one for scheduling.

She is always very attentive and thorough, patient and knowledgeable. She includes my thoughts in decision making. I feel confident in her supporting my health care. The nurse she had today was very kind and friendly.

I think that Sara hill is one of the best primary physician in the area. She shows true emotion and makes you feel as though you are an actual human being with problems that she can almost 100% cure and not just another patient or # to them with problems you might care to try to fix or not even try at all! She listens to you and she gives you back so much knowledge and she is very thorough!! I absolutely love her and appreciate her! I hope she continues to practice here in the Sault for a long time! Extremely happy to have her as my primary physician!

Sara Hill is excellent, but when you call the office it is hard to get someone to answer or call back if you leave a message. You are loosing people because you do not answer your phone!

I was a bit nervous after Dr. Tetzlaff retired. He was my primary care provider for over 30 years. He suggested that I consider Ms. Hill as my pcp and I am glad that I did. She is knowledgeable, attentive and concerned about my well-being.

Always a great experience with Sara and her staff. The 2 front desk staff are always so pleasant and helpful, the MA was very efficient and pleasant. Sara is always very attentive and a great listener. She does not try to push anything like medications or immunizations. She is very open to other beliefs and personal preferences.
