I like going there have been for quite a few years....however this last visit i received a message to be there by 12:45 pm and when I got there it said they were in a meeting until 1 pm. I would wish they not ask us to be there 15 minutes early if they are in a meeting until 1 pm. Thats the only problem I had.

Sara Hill is still my medical “rock”. She is so kind and caring—as well as informed — I always feel better after discussing my health issues with her. Sara is a wonderful listener, as well as compassionate and professional. I see several specialists out of our area, and I text Sara concerning upcoming appointments— she wants to be informed. I simply cannot say enough kind things about her!!

Sara Hill is a very good physician and she listens to you & lets you be part of the decision making process. I am very comfortable talking with her. My only issue with MyMichigan Heritage is the terrible phone system. I was put on hold for over 20 minutes the first time I called and after 10 minutes the second time I left a message. I waited until 10 am the next day for a return call and didn’t receive so I went online to book an appointment. This is a horrible situation for elderly people like my parents that don’t have the app & can’t sit & wait on hold for that long.

Sara Hill is a wonderful nurse practitioner. It is just awful trying to get an appointment by phone. No one ever seems to answer. You are just left on hold. The only way to make an appointment seems to be through the app and that is when someone gets back to you. All the people in the office and no one for scheduling.

Sara is so patient and respectful to my [AGE] year old mother. She provides excellent and insightful care. As my mom’s Medicsl POA and point of contact, Sara goes the extra mile to communicate with. That is so greatly appreciated.

I think that Sara hill is one of the best primary physician in the area. She shows true emotion and makes you feel as though you are an actual human being with problems that she can almost 100% cure and not just another patient or # to them with problems you might care to try to fix or not even try at all! She listens to you and she gives you back so much knowledge and she is very thorough!! I absolutely love her and appreciate her! I hope she continues to practice here in the Sault for a long time! Extremely happy to have her as my primary physician!
