Her personality and demeanor put me at ease immediately. First time at this practice, but I have 30 + years of experience with orthopedic treatment and Mollie ranks right in my top five! I will return to consult her and recommend her to others I know in our area.

She is a wonderful lady & great doctor. I am very glad I had her as my surgeon. I can kneel down on my right knee. Right knee replacement. I am doing great.

Excellent surgeons. Assistants and PAs well informed of what has transpired with the patient and let's them know what to expect. Only problem, was told would be contacted the next morning. It is now the second day after app't. No call. I called gave a message. Still no response. Realize things come up and am not the only patient but could use the PORTAL to message delay or at least still making a plan of action.

Exceptional. Above and beyond, very personable. Took time to explain in depth my questions. Made me feel as though I knew her well. VERY PLEASANT. I felt very comfortable with her. Didn’t feel rushed at all. One of the very best providers I have ever meant in my life. Scale one to 10….10!!!!

One thing they don’t call you back. You leave a message for a certain person they don’t call you back. It was 10 days and they did not call me back. I went to the office and finally talked to the person

She was professional, caring, and thoroughly explained what was going on. As an elderly female, I sometimes feel the doctors are not listening to what I'm saying. As a retired RN, I was very impressed with Molly and her team. She listened to what I had to say, did a very thorough exam, and had a plan. I would recommend this office to anyone. Thank you, Molly and your team.

I have had this physician rebuild and replace new bones in my body for the last 10 years. My family will not go to any other ortho doctor. Its nice to see a doctor that knows and retains a patients medical history.. i hope the hospital can keep him in the My Health system.

The front staff do not do their job well. Last incident: Check out person was supposed to send my therapy order on Thursday-gave hr the info for a place in Bay City. This is my 3rd surgery for the same shoulder problem in 1 year. I need to get therapy started ASAP. On Monday when I called someone took the info and said they would call them to get their fax number and it was sent right away. The therapy could not get me in for an eval till Thursday so that means I am already 1 week behind on my therapy if they cxan still get me in this week. Then on Monday Mis Mich called me to set up therapy. She was not paying attention to what I told her and sent the paperwork there. Very disappointed with it all.

I’ve had an excellent experience with the staff and with Dr. Hall. Honest and straightforward. Dr. Hall laid out all options for me as we’ve gone through this process. I’ve appreciated the care I’ve gotten.
