That Pinney, his x-ray tech and front desk peeps are great. The two males (I believe his name was Kevin or Ken, and someone else), THEY need training on listening AND customer service!

I enjoy my visits with Dr. Bermudez. This time when I checked out the woman at the front desk treated me awful 😖. I asked a question and she coped and attitude 😒. Like she was not in the mood for taking care of me. I haven't had that problem before. She didn't smile just unhappy to check me out. I hope this doesn't happen again. Thank you

When you see Dr. Mayne you will enjoy that is listen to all you have to say. When solving a problem, he gives many options for your care. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

Dr. Mayne and Blaine were great. When called with questions not able to talk to anyone. Left message and no return call. Do not think much of how the office is run. When there everyone is nice.

Dr. Mayne is an excellent orthopedist and knew right away what my problem was and how to treat it. My internist referred me to a physician at [hospital] in my town. I was diagnosed incorrectly, not given exercises or signed up for PT, and after the first visit every visit was a Zoom visit. I was in agony since [Month]! Finally, I was able to see Dr. Mayne. He diagnosed my problem correctly on my first visit. I was assigned PT visits and at-home exercises and improved! At my last visit with him I was given a Cortisone injection and have been pain-free since!

Only one visit and all went as anticipated. Waiting for a call for a surgery date was not what I was expecting. I called to check after 7 days of my visit. Would have preferred an earlier date which we had discussed during my visit but didn’t happen. When I did talk with the scheduler, all appointments were made and my primary care doc was notified. That was a plus.
