The only issue I had was we were scheduled to be at the hospital at 7:15 am. and I didn’t get surgery until around 12 pm. And I wasn’t given any updates on the hold up until we called in a nurse and asked when I was getting the surgery. Dr ren was running behind doing another surgery which I didn’t know. We sat around waiting for around 4-5 hours. I wish they would’ve given updates on when Dr ren was available/when I was going to get surgery. Besides that everything went smoothly!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Emily Ren is a top notch orhtopedic surgeon. Her office visit made me feel informed and calm about my diagnosis and procedure to come. On the day of surgery I felt well taken care of and knew the expected outcome. Since I had never needed a Doctor in this speciality before knowing the expected outcome helped to lessen my anxiety.

Dr REN is great. I had a bad fall. She was the Dr at the hospital who did 2 surgeries for me. I feel extremely lucky to have had her as my primary doctor for the procedures. I would recommend Dr REN to anyone who needs orthopedic care

She spoke to me in a kind manor using words that I completely understood… unlike some Doctors that use medical terms I am not familiar with …her office is very clean and all associated employees are very friendly….. I would definitely recommend this practice!

Took 2 full weeks from date of accident to get in....even then, I believe it was only from a call from Dr. KENNY'S office to make it happen. Very frustrating.

Everyone was very friendly efficient and willing to help and answer questions. The office was pleasant not very noisy plenty of room adjusted seats for a different heights of people and problems. Dr. Ren was very professional, courteous, friendly explained everything well.
