She is skilled, caring, and willing to go the extra mile to coordinate rehab efforts to help ensure the best ortho outcome possible. Iām very impressed With how she intervened to get my post surgical physical therapy expedited.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Excellent care once appointments are made available. Only limiting factor is availability of near term appointments for a specialist for diagnostic visits. Appts are made months in the future versus week or weeks.

We waited over 45 minutes passed the appointment time before we were even taken to the exam room. Still waited 10-15 minutes for x-rays after getting to the room. Then more time wait for the PA. Then the lady at check out / scheduling was rude & didn't like me saying couldn't make the date she originally wanted to schedule or the other date she did schedule.

Extremely friendly, respectful, kind, caring, professional staff. I have never had such an extremely good experience like how the people who are apart of the staff of My Michigan Health in Alpena ,MI. They helped make sure I was treated carefully with such a caring touch when my ankle/leg broke. Kept me informed with what was going on. The nurses were amazing, always there when I needed them to the point I never really needed to call for a nurse. Attentive and respectful, I couldn't thank all these wonderful people enough for such care they showed me. It was very comforting when I was going through a lot of pain and help gave me strength to get through it especially since my family wasn't able to easily make it to the facility. Even though the hospital was far from my home I'm so happy that I ended in their hospital and it's be worth the long drive just to have their awesome work and care. I feel my surgery was flawless and clean and given the best care I could have ever gotten.
