Everyone at this office has been extremely attentive and amazing with me including the front office staff and the Doctor Who did my surgery. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they reach me where I'm at and answer all of my questions and don't make me feel like I'm stupid asking them. They get back with me right away and get me in as soon as they can. They were really good about calling if there's cancellations so I could get in sooner and I really appreciate the service I got from them.

I was treated my most of the Doctors in the office. I was severely injured and i greatly appreciate all of the people who helped me from Dr. Martinez to the x-ray ladies nurses and the office ladies. Excellent service and care.

They genuinely treat you with care and compassion. Everything was explained to me in layman’s terms, they listen to what you have to say, and address your concerns. I was never rushed through an appointment. The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable. you are in good hands with these people. Some of the best medical care that I’ve had in many years.

Although breaking a bone in my hand was devastating to say the least, the decision to not go downstate and have a surgeon look at it..and stay up with MyMichigan Health was the best decision! The surgeon Dr Mauch was perfect, and my follow up with her PA Jaclyn Martinez was equally a great experience.
