Excellent Surgeon. Did have some issues post op where I felt I wasn’t being listened to,however I do realize he’s a very busy man. His staff is excellent.

I only had one visit to assess for hip replacement. Dr. Mayne explained everything simply and completely. He and his staff are personable. When I called for help to set up MyChart I received the help I needed.

He the BEST Dr. I had him for total knee replacement 10 years ago+ now scheduled for total hip replacement after [date]..then wait 3-5 months+ have the other total knee replacement done...

I must say that I was quite please with Dr. Mayne. He was friendly and clearly knowledgeable. I liked him a lot. The office staff onsite was courteous and helpful. We were unable to schedule a procedure as the scheduler was not in. I was told that the scheduler would be contacting me that afternoon. Having not hearing anything from them, I called the next day around 3 pm. I did speak to the scheduler and she indicated that they were scheduling out into December and that she would get back to me by the end of that week. As of today [Date] I have had no contact. Dr. Mayne is the consummate professional with a large measure of congeniality mixed in. He alway shakes my hand upon entering and exiting the room with all my questions answered and and treatment properly discussed. I’m glad I was recommended to him.

I have had both knees replaced. One with Dr. Mayne, the other with a different surgeion. In comparing the two surgeons and their entire staff, Dr. Mayne and his staff is far superior to the other surgeon. I would strongly recommend Dr. Mayne to everyone.
