Dr Mayne listened very well to my questions and concerns. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Each staff person in Dr Mayne‘s office was very friendly when I was met at the door, and after my visit with Dr Mayne leaving the office, they explained any other questions that I may have had on my office visit. I was very pleased and satisfied with Dr. Ben Mayne III Care that he gave to me. I would highly recommend Dr Mayne to all friends, families, and neighbors as well. Thank you for the wonderful care.

The doctor is great. The building is top notch. The wait times and unhelpful staff are very frustrating. I am currently waiting for the scheduler to contact me for an upcoming surgery. I was told yesterday by the receptionist that if I don’t receive a call back from her by [DATE] to call back. I find this unacceptable and much different from my experience with other surgeons.

Dr Mayne does great work, but insurance dictates care WAY too much. His nursing staff are wonderful but the front desk staff are less-than-friendly, unfortunately.

Dr Mayne approved me for hip replacement surgery. His scheduler was absent so I was told I would get a call the next day. I didn’t so I called and left a message with scheduler. No call was received the second day after my visit either. Frustrating.
