After I have the surgery next month, I could update this. The staff and Doctor were very nice and treated me with respect and listened to what I said and how I was feeling.

When you see Dr. Mayne you will enjoy that is listen to all you have to say. When solving a problem, he gives many options for your care. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

Dr. Mayne and Blaine were great. When called with questions not able to talk to anyone. Left message and no return call. Do not think much of how the office is run. When there everyone is nice.

Dr. Mayne is an excellent orthopedist and knew right away what my problem was and how to treat it. My internist referred me to a physician at [hospital] in my town. I was diagnosed incorrectly, not given exercises or signed up for PT, and after the first visit every visit was a Zoom visit. I was in agony since [Month]! Finally, I was able to see Dr. Mayne. He diagnosed my problem correctly on my first visit. I was assigned PT visits and at-home exercises and improved! At my last visit with him I was given a Cortisone injection and have been pain-free since!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Only one visit and all went as anticipated. Waiting for a call for a surgery date was not what I was expecting. I called to check after 7 days of my visit. Would have preferred an earlier date which we had discussed during my visit but didn’t happen. When I did talk with the scheduler, all appointments were made and my primary care doc was notified. That was a plus.

He is through. Is honest about what to expect from the surgery and after care. He encouraging as he explains the reason for having knee replacement. Dr. Checked on me before and after st the hospital. Seemed genuinely caring as how I was doing.

Very knowledgeable, but felt rushed and hard to get in what I wanted to say. Reported in notes that I had no clicking in my knees, but I do. Wasn't asked that question and he didn't really check. Went through all the x-rays and MRIs and didn't gain anything by this appointment, except to keep up PT exercises for a couple months.
