Had a staff meeting at the time when I had my appointment was asked to wait outside next to elevators with low sitting chairs. I don’t think I could’ve gotten out of.

The doctor gave out the information on the hip surgery showed the hip replacement what procedure would be. Doctor was easy to communicate with and answered any questions I would have. Just was a enjoyable setting with the doctor I can't wait to start another chapter. Thanks Doc....

Each staff person in Dr Mayne‘s office was very friendly when I was met at the door, and after my visit with Dr Mayne leaving the office, they explained any other questions that I may have had on my office visit. I was very pleased and satisfied with Dr. Ben Mayne III Care that he gave to me. I would highly recommend Dr Mayne to all friends, families, and neighbors as well. Thank you for the wonderful care.

The doctor is great. The building is top notch. The wait times and unhelpful staff are very frustrating. I am currently waiting for the scheduler to contact me for an upcoming surgery. I was told yesterday by the receptionist that if I don’t receive a call back from her by [DATE] to call back. I find this unacceptable and much different from my experience with other surgeons.
