We’ve only visited once but I’m impressed with the doctor and the staff. I’m especially happy with how quickly they got an MRI scheduled. And we already have a follow up appointment to hear the results. Very pleased so far

Dr Jack Pinney is certainly the most personal doctor I've ever known. He always focuses on the patient and does give the impression he is hurrying to get to someone else. He has a firm grasp on the details of previous visits and will take time to answer any questions and or make suggestions. His staff exhibits the same kind of focus and kindness.

Dr. Pinney is a very knowledgeable physician and a caring person, he has helped my husband and I a lot with exercise and pain management.

Excellent care by the intake nurse and the doctor. Super friendly, caring, thorough and great listeners. I could not ask for a better experience. The tone from the front desk coming in seemed annoyed and not very friendly.

He did explain well to understand why it's important to understand about liver test results to find out what going on with my body. It's make sense!!

So far I've only had one appointment and I'm very happy with the care I received and the care that he put into the appointment I also saw the physical therapist there and will be receiving x-rays and a follow-up visit

I have no complaints or issues.everyone has always been respectful and thorough.Im older and the staff always seems OK with a little banter.the world has changed a bunch so it's nice to have some fun.a sense of humor helps us get thru life's rough spots.

I have had only one appointment with Dr Pinney so many of these questions can’t be answered fairly. That being said, had a great experience with Dr; his info was concise and he set me on an exercise program and I was fitted with a brace. Megan was helpful and she too went over and above to provide care that I was looking for. I am scheduled for an appointment in 2 months, which I made as I left. Dr also requested an xray which I will be tending to next week. I’m very pleased with the care I received and have already made a referral to a friend!

My child received excellent care from the whole staff for an on going knee injury. Very pleased that Dr listened to our concerns and had her fitted for a knee brace. Greatly appreciated his attentiveness to insure she doesn’t injure her knee again.
