Dr J Pinney is a wonderful doctor. He is very thorough and listens to what you have to say. He has a very conservative approach and looks at the whole picture, not just what works best for him. The front desk staff are all wonderful as well. Unfortunately, the MA Sherrie that works with Dr Pinney may want to look into another line of work. I have never been treated so poorly when going to the doctor than I have been by her on multiple occasions. She is very rude, arrogant and condescending. She does not belong in patient care or any sort of customer service.

Dr and some of his staff members are very good and some of them needed a course human development for kindness! I love Dr Pinney so figured that out.

I would tell them to definitely go to Well Sport and request Dr. Pinney because he provides excellent care and listens. I feel like I get his utmost attention and he’s an outstanding doctor. Thank you

Dr. Pinney has helped me with knee pain several times and I've always been more than satisfied with the care provided. I would definitely recommend this provider to friends and family.

I find Dr J. Pinney a very great doctor. His skill and knowledge of his craft is a 10. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He care's for his patient's and listen's to them. I highly recommend Dr J. Pinney!

This was my first experience with Dr Penney. I was very impressed by the doctor and his office staff. We are in the process of getting to my goal.

Dr Jack Pinney is an excellent orthopedic diagnostician. Any problems that myself or my husband experienced we were relieved to be seen right away. Explained fully all procedures, giving reassurance as he goes along. Very practical in physical assessment and thorough. I like his cheerful disposition, has a caring attitude and genuinely seems to care no matter how busy. I also like Robin, his athletic trainer I believe. She also is very thorough, explained that she had knee injections that were a little uncomfortable but over with quickly. Was nice having her there as support. I highly recommend Dr Jack Pinney and have personally dropped his name to all my pickleball friends in Bay City. Some have already visited and had injections they felt have been beneficial.
