Very good at listening and processing what is said and what the physical exam shows. His follow up is great. For a suspect rotator cuff tear, I received an mri in 24 hours. Confirm 2 high grade tears and some lesser tears. Got me to a surgeon quickly.

My experience was very positive. I was seen in a timely manner, test ordered to help determine my diagnosis and follow up needs and scheduled immediately for my treatments. Dr. Pinney is very knowledgeable and kind. He has a great sense of humor as well. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs to see an Orthopedic physician.

I highly recommend this provider and staff. I have had a wonderful experience from setting up needed appointments to being greeted at the front desk…throughout my journey of diagnosis, tests needed and follow up. I rate the office staff and my orthopedic doctor, Jack Pinney, a big 10! I will continue to receive services here as needed and will tell others about my positive experience.

I have a complicated back problem and the Doctor came up with a good solution ie. Water PT, which is helping. He also made medication recommendations and encouraged me to go ahead with a procedure that was recommended by another back doctor.
