Dr Hoard and his care team(Amy&Kendra) were very considerate. They listened to all my concerns and needs. They treated me with the utmost respect and care. Amy responded to all my messages through mychart everyday. I appreciate the very exceptional care I received from this team. I would definitely recommend this office/team.

Be prepared to wait. Not always on time. Last time I waited 45 min past my appt time to be seen. Don’t get appt near the end of the day.

[Removed comment about care not provided at this facility]. Dr. Hoard listened he understood why I was in pain and wants to help me quit suffering. Ty Dr.Hoard. I'm so afraid of losing the use of my dominant hand and shoulder. Even the use of my arm. I'm willing to suffer in pain if I know someday it won't be as bad. My shoulder has even affected my breathing. Be blessed

He listens to your concerns and asks to make sure the treatment he's about to give is ok with you. He also reassures you that he will answer any questions if they arise.

He’s a no nonsense kind of guy that seems to know what he’s talking about. That’s why I drive two hours to see him rather than twenty minutes to Alpena.

Dr. Hoard and staff are wonderful. Changing from Covenant to West Branch Orthopedic made me nervous for my knee replacement. West Branch Orthopedic are great. Needed after hours care, that went good also.

Including dr.hoard and his staff are excellent, they've helped me when I had questions and concerns, it's like they're family, make you comfortable and go that extra step

Maybe a good surgeon, but as a person, thumbs down. My dog received better after care from the vet. Had my pre test weeks before surgery and minutes before surgery informed me that it looked like I had pneumonia. Forgot to schedule physical therapy, so I was a week behind. No one calls to check and see how you’re doing. Your left feeling like a number on an assembly line.

I really appreciate Amy. She did a wonderful job making me comfortable. Even though she had to take off my ugh. Gauze pads from my surgery. She did awesome, cleaning me up. And an even better job putting on my new cast. I appreciate Amy.

I have only seen Dr. Hoard twice so far, for an emergent problem with my hip. At both appointments I was very favorably impressed with the professionalism, care & concern shown by Dr. Hoard and the entire staff at this practice. I feel very blessed to have been Referred to Dr. Hoard when I was seen in the emergency department.

Very personable staff, Dr. Hoard was very precessional and appeared confident and knowledgeable about the surgery. I would recommend him to family and friends. Office staff is upbeat and happy.
