Was treated with respect and kindness sneered all questions was made very comfortable and I would recommend Dr Hourd and staff as well as west branch medical staff to family friends and community! All gave over 110% very happy with my experience today and my husband was treated with the same care and respect thank you from the bottom of my heart if I can choose medical care facility it will be west branch

Dr hoard is amazing and so is his nurse. His PA on the other hand was awful to me and very mean making me cry minutes after waking up from surgery. Im not sure how a man like that works with such a wonderful human like Dr. Hoard. I would have canceled all appointments and taking care of myself if it wasn't for Dr.Hoard.

Dr Hoard was always professional and compassionate relating to my condition. He recognized the dire need I had to fix my fractured acetabulum and degenerated joint. His surgery was life changing and I was able to get my life back. He also followed my post surgical status which made me feel supported. I also need to give Carl NP the nurse practitioner positive feedback, he too followed my care. I felt Carlhad my back and understood my position. Huge heartfelt thank you to both of them from me! You couldn't ask for a better team and im profoundly greatful for their support.
