My care was always good. Response time was excellent. Surgery went well, and after 8 weeks when I hadn't met goals completely, he was quick to offer solutions, which turned out to be a positive experience. The results were exactly as he predicted.

This was the most amazing experience I’ve had. Total reverse should replacement. Two weeks after the surgery and I am feeling great! Great support from everyone involved with the operation.

Dr Hoard went through and explained the knee replacement surgery. He explained the recovery process. He was kind and understanding with other health issues I have going on. His staff explained things as well and was very nice.

Last time I was in, while I was waiting for the nurse to come in after the doctor left the room. I overheard the nurses talking about me in a negative way, they were trying to whisper but I could hear it plain as day. Dr. Hoard is an amazing doctor and this is the only time I’ve ever felt unwelcome by staff. I was honestly shocked to hear them negatively talking about me and makes me wonder what else they say about me and other when no one is actually able to hear them.

He replaced my left knee and as far as I can see he did did an excellent job with the surgery. The only problem I'm having was it is with soft tissue and that has nothing to do with the work that he did have him do other surgeries for me and need them
