That Dr Hoard and his staff were very professional and extremely caring and I would definitely recommend them to anybody who is in need of a good Orthopedic. This was an absolute excellent experience for me.

Appears to be a well run operation. Very clean office, everyone was friendly and professional. Dana who took my exrays was very polite and also Kendra. I felt very confident in Dr. Hoard and would recommend him to my friends. I had a very good experience at this office and will return if need be

My experience was good. Anytime I had a question they had my answer when I called. Toni was always so very helpful. Dr. Hoard was pleasant and professional. I certainly do not have any complaints.

We had an emergency while on vacation and their office was able to get us in in the very same day. We did wait a while for the appointment but we also were under the understanding that they did squeeze Us in. We were happy to wait, especially how friendly and kind the staff was. The doctor was also available afterwards by phone when my son had questions about the pain level of his injury.

I had a great surgical experience with Dr Hoard and his staff. Jamie, Toni and Carl were all helpful. Dr and Carl were genuinely concerned about post-op pain. I fully recommend Dr Hoard.

Kindness. Everyone is kind and helpful the patient is their focus and I thrilled with their care. It is different and I am happy with the staff.

Your questions asked most of what I would have said. Dr Hoard was great. Very patient, very gentle with my wrist, very easy to understand. And, I was really pleased that we could try something (the injection) that same day to help heal my wrist.

Not very personable. Answers questions and (seems) to listen when I'm talking to him. But he does not review what is going on with my issues, progress or lack of, options, any suggestions - other than see you in 3 months. When I showed up for this appointment, I was taken for x-rays. I had no advance notification I was having any done. It was not a big deal but it could have been for someone else. After Dr. Rupert left, I had a difficult time finding an ortho who would do a reverse shoulder replacement. Since I know I will need the surgery done at some future point, I have considered establishing with a different ortho.
