His office staff is rude, We were early for an appointment and still had to wait. And were told there was nothing they could do for me, Was discouraging and disheartening for me.

I have only seen Dr.GIANNOTTI once and was pleased with his service to this point. We’ll see on follow up after tests and next appt. I was NOT pleased that his Clare office was located next to the Urgent Care Center in Clare,with the hallway having 4 people, waiting in chairs to be seen,coughing and looking as they were not well! Had I known I was to ride the elevator with ill people and be in same hallway I would have seen another Dr. in a more appropriate office setting. I am a high risk patient and was put in a bad situation!

When I’m a little nervous, he always talks to me and calms me down. He’s a very caring doctor. And he explains everything that he is doing at the time. His staff have always been so wonderful and caring.

Not to go to him as I wanted a MRI not a exray. I understand the only way to see a rip in my shoulder is a MRI. I pay for my insurance and I feel he's just trying to pacify me not what is needed
