Dr Giannotti is excellent. But he is overworked. I always have to wait on a hard chair, which is really cruel to my bent and arthritic back. My Mich needs more doctors and greater sensitivity to patient needs. It's no wonder people go to urgent care more and more often. But Dr. Giannotti is a gem! He listens, explains clearly, and is highly skilled.

The first appointment was made, sat in waiting room for 45 minutes only to cancel the appointment due to another appointment set 1 hour after when I was to see the doctor. Was told on the phone that I would be able to do my other appointment if doctor was running late. Then was told I was not allowed to do so and it was either keeping this appointment or cancel. I canceled and rescheduled this doctor appointment. Went and did my other appointment and was done in 8 minutes. Still same people waiting to see the doctor in waiting room when I left to see other doctor. 2nd appointment went better. Still sat in waiting room for 45 minutes,, in room 10 minutes before doctor came in to see me. Saw what was going on with my knee and gave me options before doing surgery. Explained so my husband couple also understand. Happy with that part of the appointment.

When I arrived at the office when they told me to, I only waited a short period of time before I was taken back to the examining room. The girl was kind in attentive. She said that the doctor would be right in. I waited 45 minutes in my room I thought I was forgotten about. I walked out cause I had to use the bathroom and three girls were on a computer and didn’t give me a whole lot of attention. They told me I was next I went back into the room and I heard a girl say [NAME]‘s in the bathroom which I wasn’t in the bathroom I was back in my room, but nobody checked and then the doctor went to see the next patient so I left unfortunately my knee still hurts I was charged for my x-ray and I receive no treatment I was pretty disappointed

Terrible communication. Submitted messages in the portal and received a response 3+ weeks later or not at all. The receptionist is incredibly rude. Waited over an hour and a half to be seen.

Visit was fine but extremely late. My appointment was at 3:40, I got called in to the room at 3:55 and the doctor didn’t come in until 4:50… that is an unacceptable waste of my time

The female staff person that checks you in is not friendly at all. When you approach the desk, she doesn’t even say hello or smile or nothing. I have had 6-7 appointments with this doctor and I’m always treated the same by this female. I do not know her name. It is not a very welcoming feeling.
