Office girls very nice. Dr. Was very good at explaining and listening and giving options. A prescription seemed not to have gotten sent to Bio med as should have been. Late in day? Problem with fax?

I have recommended Dr. Gionotti to several friends. He is the best physician I believe I've ever seen. He really listens, he explains things very well. And he really takes his time with you. I don't ever feel like he's rushing to move on. I feel like I have his complete attention.

Dr. Giannitti explained all options, showed where the damage in my shoulder is. Explained a new treatment that has proven to be working to reduce pain but it is not covered by insurance yet.

I really feel comfortable with Dr. Gianotti managing my headcase needs for my knee. He's been great talks in terms I can understand. He is not a pill pusher or a doctor that rushes to extreme solutions. He tries less evasive treatments, however if surgery is what is needed he will refer you to a surgeon. His staff are kind and friendly caregivers.

That the Dr seems very friendly and listens to me. He is knowledgeable and has a plan for treatment if we tried things that don't work the first time. Both times I saw him he was on time and valued my time. Also when I called the staff got me an appointment promptly.
