He talked to us about the problems we had showed us what we had had told us what the next step would be after our Cortizone shot. I just wish I didn’t have to wait six weeks to see him.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. My appointment was on time and taken care of in a timely manner. I would refer anyone who needs musculoskeletal issues addressed.

Both times we saw this provider he was running quite late, however he seems to really take his time with his patients explaining their issues and care and making sure all of our questions were answered and that we had a good action plan for several possible scenarios. My teenage daughter really likes him and appreciates the thoroughness.

Dr. Gianotti was a breath of fresh air for me. My worsening hip pain of 5 years was diagnosed and a treatment plan was developed. He’s friendly and knows how to listen.

My experience was awesome,I was experiencing severe pain for almost 2 years ,he identified and treated the problem immediately while following the restrictions insurance companies place on physicians.

They have stacked up appointments so close together the doctor doesn’t have time to prepare for the next patient and stay on time. Fortunately Dr. Giannotti took the time to prepare unfortunately by 10:00am he was an hour behind schedule and I had to wait with no communication or explanation until he came in 1 hour after my appointment was supposed to begin.
