Terrible communication. Submitted messages in the portal and received a response 3+ weeks later or not at all. The receptionist is incredibly rude. Waited over an hour and a half to be seen.

Visit was fine but extremely late. My appointment was at 3:40, I got called in to the room at 3:55 and the doctor didn’t come in until 4:50… that is an unacceptable waste of my time

The female staff person that checks you in is not friendly at all. When you approach the desk, she doesn’t even say hello or smile or nothing. I have had 6-7 appointments with this doctor and I’m always treated the same by this female. I do not know her name. It is not a very welcoming feeling.

Dr. G. was very knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. He listened to my concerns and we developed a plan to maintain ROM for my R wrist. I would definitely recommend him if you need a non-surgical Sports Medicine Doctor.

The only issue with my appointment was the front desk person (the first point of contact), very unfriendly. Her name was Ashley. I heard her rudely speaking on the phone and realized she was the same person i spoke to on the phone while setting my appointment. I’m surprised she works the front desk being she’s very impersonal and actually rude to patients both in office and on the phone.

Dr G is incredible! He took time on his lunch to pour together an exercise routine to help meet my goals! Always spends a LOT of time with me.

The worst part of my visit was when they took me to a room and I had to wait for 30 minutes and the room was very cold. After 20 minutes I went outside the room to warm up. I told the staff that it was freezing g in the room. No response from any of them.. I wasn’t happy.

Very professional, makes you feel comfortable even when you’re nervous, waiting for an injection, explains everything before he does it and explains an upcoming procedure that I’m going to have done. It helps to put me at ease.

Dr Giannotti is great for diagnosing & treating sports orthopedic injuries. He gave me advice that completely fixed a shoulder problem several years ago. This time he gave me a clear plan for working on a hip problem and I’m making good progress
