Micaela Goebel is an excellent physician’s assistant to Dr. Kiel Beltinck. I had my first appointment with her on [DATE]. I was very impressed with how much knowledge she had in the field of orthopedics. Micaela patiently listened to any/all questions and concerns I had. She addressed everything in detail and in a way I could understand. She was able to thoroughly describe what Dr. Beltinck did during the surgery procedure and went over all the images taken during the process. She advised me to start doing some pendulum exercises and demonstrated how I should do them properly. She informed me about what I can expect during the next four weeks, including the start of occupational therapy and a follow up appointment with Dr. Beltinck. Micaela is excellent and I would recommend her to any friend, family member, or anyone else in need of her expertise in orthopedics. Also, I am glad Dr. Beltinck has a PA like her.

This office has the most well educated, knowledgeable staff. They are all very courteous and friendly. Micaela answered all of my questions and gave great recommendations on exercises I could do to improve mobility.

Michaela was fantastic! What should’ve been a routine stitches removal ended up finding another problem. I know that sounds bad, but it was actually good in this case. I appreciate her attentiveness to detail and listening to my current issues. She was very kind and told me what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand.

She has great bedside manner. MidMichigsn is in need of more providers , wait time is not good. We have waited 10 hrs in emergency to see someone. When you call the Drs. Offices your often left to leaving a message and told that someone will get back to you in 72 hours and sometimes you do and sometimes you don’t.

The staff, especially RN Rebecca and receptionist Lisa, were very helpful and went Over and beyond in getting me the answers I needed in a timely fashion. I am very pleased with the support I received from everyone there and would highly recommend them to friends.

The Best experience for myself and for my wife when she was in the emergency room for a kidney stone and passage while she was there and she spent the night and half of the next morning and we were very happy with her care too .
