What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Ware's Office (including Kenny and all the Mt. Pleasant staff) is Top Notch. This includes the x-ray/imaging staff, front desk staff, phone response, exam folks, and certainly Kenny. This unique level of service reminds me of [ ] where I obtain cancer care. MyMich Health should take note of Dr. Ware's high level of service .

Kenneth Ordway is excellent, but the office staff could be more compassionate. They're not all caring. I noticed it while in the office in Mt. Pleasant during my first visit to Dr. Ware (the way patient s were treated). And, my phone conversations made me feel as if I was a hindrance.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
This was my first time seeing Kenneth Ordway. I was there for a routine checkup and injection in my knee. He was very polite asking his questions and listening to my answers. I was a little apprehensive about receiving my injection as Dr. Ware is the only one to give it in the past. Kenneth Ordway is also very good at that: I hardly felt that long needle giving me the help I needed.

I was dreading my appt in the 3:50pm time slot... expecting them to be an hour or two behind by that late in the day. But no, my appt was right on time, so I was very pleasantly surprised! A huge thank you to the entire staff for being so very efficient! Ken, Chad, and the receptionists were just so nice and friendly. The staff members have been that way at each of my visits so far. I appreciate them for helping me to feel welcome.
