I drove over an hour and a half for a follow-up appointment. I waited 45 minutes for the doctor to come in and talk to me for 5 minutes. Time management does not not seem to be a very important thing at this office. However my service was good in my surgery was successful

I absolutely love her!! She is very down to earth and explains everything to you. She takes her time and shows she is actually enjoying her job. If she doesn't know an answer, she will look it up and research it.

Dr Mausch seems to be a very good doctor. At this time I will keep seeing her for injections in my knee given for arthritis. The last injection was the best she’s ever done because I didn’t even feel it. I have no problem voicing my concerns with her

1full shoulder replacement, 1 reverse full shoulder replacement and torn rotator cuff repair. She's so good at explaining procedures. You know what's going to happen before during and after a procedure. She's calm, knowledgeable and very kind. I recommend her all the time a nd will always go to her for orthopedic needs. That she is very kind, excellent knowledge of her field, respectable and thorough. She always explains the treatment or procedure in depth and understanding to the patient. She answers all questions never making me feel like its taking too much of her time. She totally engages with the patient she's with. Dr Mauch is an excellent surgeon. Very caring and personable and willing to take the extra time needed to answer any concerns that you may have. Great follow up. There is really no need to go anywhere else for orthopedic care.
