Dr. Crawford and the entire office are excellent. The only problem is that appointments are scheduled so far out, and everything seems to move at a snails pace. It's not the doctor's fault; its just the region makes it hard to keep good doctors around hence the backlog of appointments.

When I asked if, when I needed a cortisone shot for hip pain, said she was booked 3 months out. Probably not Dr.'s fault, but it seems like a very long time when you're in pain.

Dr. Crawford put all the pieces together and solved my medical quandary. I had been going to the pain clinic, physical therapy and my PCP, each were wonderful in what they do but none of them put the pieces together to solve my overall issues. Dr. Crawford did that. Although, it was not the best news, it was the answer.

This was my first visit with her. She was excellent. She explained things so I could easily understand. She showed me my x-rays and explain explained them completely. I would highly recommend her.

I have seen Dr. Crawford twice now and I have been extremely pleased. She listens to everything I have to say and never appears to be in a hurry. She explains her treatment in full and makes me aware of all available options.

Wait time has been is longer than I expected,you arrive fifteen minutes early and still wait another twenty minutes or more, doesn’t sound long ,but when your hurting,and the chair’s are so hard and uncomfortable,and there’s none with arms to lift yourself up, it’s a struggle

I have had two appointments in this office with Crawford. Both appointment times were way over by the time she reached my room. The second one being the worst. We are supposed to arrive 15 minutes early, which I did on both occasions. She was so very significantly behind, I waited in the waiting room almost an hour before going back to be seen. This is not acceptable as I have other things to do with my time. Its unacceptable to be treated like crap when asking how long it might be before being seen. Maybe tell the staff to not snap and get defensive as if I am making a personal attack. I just wanted to know wait time. Not coming back to this office that is for sure.
