Dr. Crawford’s style is superb. She’s positive, straightforward, and no-nonsense mixed with a warm sense of empathy and compassion. My only negative critique of this office and it has nothing to do with Dr. Crawford is the amount of time it takes from the initial call to the appointment. The other critique that I think needs some attention is how long it takes to receive a phone call back. I’ve had to call on two occasions and on both occasions I had to wait three days for a call back and four days for the other. That’s too much time.

It took my 2 weeks to get in after breaking my elbow but once I got to see Dr. Crawford I was happy. She is excellent. She took time with me, answered my questions and was patient and kind.

Dr. Crawford did not rush through anything. She listened well and explained her expertise in a way that I felt confident in my treatment plan. I have been extremely pleased with her. The shots I received were also amazingly successful. I know I can’t get them too often but right now I feel 20 years younger because my knees don’t hurt. I really didn’t expect such a big change.

Dr. Crawford has great interpersonal skills. She’s a great listener, asks question the were clear and direct. She had already reviewed my reported concerns prior to my arrival. After listening to my answers she began to show me my tests and help me understand the root issues. She had a plan that I understood. I was extremely pleased with her compassion, knowledge, courtesy and professionalism. An outstanding 10 out of 10!

Dr. Crawford is persaonable, attentive and helpful. She expalined things thouroughly and clearly, so that I could understand. After treatment, I was amazed at the effectiveness of the shot she placed in my shoulder. Now I am in virtually no pain, and my arm is mostly useable.

This Dr. Was amazing, I was in terrible condition when I met her. DR. CRAWFORD was very knowledgeable, inquisitive, patient, and caring! She went above and beyond anything I ever expected. She refused quit! Her whole office team, are very polite and knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile also. I would refer to anybody.

Shelby gave me a shot to help me with my hip pain and after waiting almost a week I think it’s working but time will tell. The doctor handled the whole appointment very well and made me very comfortable with the procedure
