He was very thoughtful & listened. I was not happy with some Angelica who was supposed to get me my packet before surgery. She never called me back with 2 voicemails. She also told me she mailed my packet to me 3 times, which I never received. I made a complaint to the male office mgr when I was in there on [DATE]. I let him know I finally had to come to the office & pick it up because it wasn't being mailed. (AND it was sitting in the office). Did she EVER really mail it!?! Angelica was very unprofessional & not easy to work with. There was alot of appointments I had to squeeze in that short period of time.

The office is friendly and efficient. Blaine is great, easy to talk to, also attentive and patient. I would and have recommended Dr Mayne to friends. One of them is in the schedule for a total hip replacement.
