Blaine is a true professional and knows what he’s talking about. I explained a situation I was having with my knee and he identified it and advised how to work with it. Administering steroid injections was painless and provided great relief.

Blaine always takes the time needed to answer my questions. He explained options about knee replacement vs treatment. After care for knee replacement. He is excellent at administering cortisone or Duo Lane knee injections. Almost zero pain.

Blaine, Dr. Mayne, Shawn, Rudy and Brad are excellent. [Staff name withheld for privacy], for whatever reason, will literally never call me back no many how many times I request her to. I have heard she is overworked, but for the number of times I have requested she contact me (via an in-office/via phone request through Brad or Shawn) over the past two months, at least three times, it never happens. [Staff name removed for privacy] has called me back instead one time, and she is also excellent. Over a week ago now I requested a call from [staff named removed for privacy] to confirm everything was all set with my insurance for my surgery, [Date withheld for privacy], but still no call back yet. This causes quite a bit of anxiety and frustration.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
This is the gold standard for me. If you need your knees or hip, worked on, you are in the right place. They offered me a chance to have the surgery at a different site. It was tremendous because I was able to have my surgery done 2 months earlier. I went to West Branch rather than in Midland due to crowded surgery schedule. Dr. Mayne came up there and completed the surgery. I am very grateful to all of the office. They are a TOP TIER GROUP!

If you're looking for extremely qualified care where your concerns are addressed and you feel comfortable in the setting, this office is the place to visit. Dr. Mayne and Blaine and all the staff there are fantastic. We have recommended a number of people to seek care there and all who have followed through have been very satisfied.
