The receptionist was absolutely friendly to my child and myself when checking us in and out. He was super nice and friendly, the medical assistant was nice and had a gental voice with my child. And Scott was so pleasant, and gental with my daughter. We couldn't ask for a better team that day. We thank you Brad, Catherine and Scott.

Very friendly, listened to all concerns, and made sure all questions were answered before I left. Nurses/medical assistants/front desk were all incredibly friendly as well.

Acted almost like a robot. In face an AI robot could have provided the same service. He didn't appear to have any interest concerning statements I made about my medical issues. He rather acted like his job was to insert the shot into my shoulder and leave.

I think this office goes above for patients. Scott spent a good 45 minutes with me. Calmed me down about my upcoming surgery

They have a good algorithm for preoperative visits and testing. Teaching is consistent amongst the different staff members. I see. Scott listens well to my concerns and gives me helpful responses.
