Acted almost like a robot. In face an AI robot could have provided the same service. He didn't appear to have any interest concerning statements I made about my medical issues. He rather acted like his job was to insert the shot into my shoulder and leave.

I think this office goes above for patients. Scott spent a good 45 minutes with me. Calmed me down about my upcoming surgery

They have a good algorithm for preoperative visits and testing. Teaching is consistent amongst the different staff members. I see. Scott listens well to my concerns and gives me helpful responses.

I needed a left shoulder replacement. Scott was there for me all the way. He explained all that was going to be done in a way that I was able to understand. I am so pleased that I chose Scotts office for my surgery.

I would highly recommend this office and provider for any and all orthopedic problems. They are very kind, listen to the patient nerds and are extremely knowledgeable and explain everything in ways you can understand.

I am a little concerned over my second surgery with communication it was scheduled Oct14 still is on my portal nobody bothered to call me that it changed to Oct 21 still no calls I am getting called from my family doctor telling me that it says from fax that it is Oct 21 called office said there was a emergency surgery scheduled I said ok portal still not changed come on guys went much smoother with the last surgery communication this time is awful what is going on

Dr. Lewis, Scott Pittel and the entire staff(from the receptionist where you check in, to the nurse who monitors your vital signs to the X-ray technician…everyone in the office is friendly, kind, easy to talk to, supportive and professional. I have recommended this office to numerous people and tell would-be patients that I highly recommend everyone on staff. Everyone has an “off” day occasionally. Everyone has a day when they’re not at their best. But, I have never experienced anything but smiles, encouragement and genuine care from the entire staff. Just the best!
