Always have an excellent visit with Sarah and she’s always ready to listen to my questions and answers them appropriately. They have now moved into their new location in Midland and it’s so much better than their previous location 🤗

Action was taken immediately for me to have lab work and treatment setup. My appointment was on a Wednesday, I had my labs the next day, and I had an appointment for infusion treatment on the following Monday.

She listened and we formed a plan to meet my needs. I am not happy with options suggested to me at the cancer center. I shared with her I would NOT consider options for service at the cancer center. In the future I will have bone density at another health care facility. I will NOT be coming back to My Mid Michigan for any services at the cancer center. You need to provide bone density care at another place if you want me to come back for services in Midland.

Sarah has always provided me with good advice concerning my osteoporosis. She suggests ways to improve my condition, but doesn’t push any one medication. I feel like we are a team and appreciate her.

Sarah and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I did not sit in the waiting room more than a few minutes and Sarah did not keep me waiting once I was taken back to the room. She took her time and answered all my questions. Great experience.

Office staff are very caring. This last visit with Sara is found her very compassionate and understanding. She did an excellent job in explaining the new medication i had the option to take. And why I needed to consider it . When I asked if it was her would she take.it? To which she said yes and that made it easier for me to decide.
