I have been very happy with the health care service Sarah has provided me. She has been instrumental in giving me ways to improve my bone health and as a result my bone density has improved.

The office is busy so we did have to wait for a period to get an appointment. Office ran efficiently,in on time no waiting. I had sent in paperwork ahead and Sarah appeared to be familiar with our answers. She made appropriate suggestions regarding meds and treatment injections. She was kind and friendly.Follow up appointment made easily with staff friendly, smiling and very helpful with our schedule.Virtual appointment offered which is a nice option for my [AGE] yo mother with mobility issues.

I’ve only had one visit with this provider but I was very happy with the care I received.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I was hoping for some help with osteoporosis that did not involve medication. I would like information on specific foods that are not dairy since I cannot have dairy. Also I would like specifics on exercise and did not receive that either. Once I explained I was not interested in medication my appointment ended abruptly.

Sarah is compassionate., knowledgeable and organized. I have so much going on medically ( leukemia/bone marrow transplant survivor) and she helped me to sort through it and design a timeline for my bone health injection.

Dr. Vansumeran is interested in your questions, answers them immediately or, will look at my portal first to understand my question. She then will respond, explaining the answer thoroughly. I appreciate that, feeling she is listening to me.

My only drawback was Sarah and her assistant did not introduce themselves. I wish they would state their name and greet me before diving in. A little more personal would be welcoming.
