This is the first time use a bone specialist. The office called early actually as my appointment was [Month]; however, I was on the cancelation list and just been diagnosed with cancer and severe osteoperosis. On [date] they called and stated they had a cancelation for the following day but it was virtual. Perfect right up my alley. I had 2 doctor appointments that earlier that day. I was pleasantly surprised. Her demeanor and understanding of what I had spoken about was understood and she clearly cared. She explained things well, made sure I understood and answered my questions. Said if I had any questions to contact the office. Wonderful experience!
