Dr Endress is one very professional lady she is awesome I can’t say enough about how much we love and respect her we need more drs like her .I’d give her a 100% plus on her rating wonderful Dr.

She was the first in 50 years, that acknowledged that my chemical neuropathy is in fact caused by agent orange! It has been acknowledged but not documented, and Christina has! Thank you

I was extremely fortunate the day I broke my hip and Dr Endress walked into the hospital room to inform me that she would be doing the surgery the next day! She made the experience so much easier for me! She continues to work with me while I’m healing, so thankful for her!

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I was offered a cortisone shot because I’m too young to get the procedure that I would need to get, which I don’t think is the only procedure, and refused because I was going to Costa Rica the next day and wanted to check and see if it was due to low testosterone. Got to Costa Rica took a blood test for testosterone, got my results back and was extremely low, picked up and was administered nebido by the DOCTOR AT THE PHARMACY FREE. Test cost 70 dollars and prescription cost 75. ZERO PAIN IN JOINTS! Even in my knees and both meniscus are torn. Still a loss of motion but no pain. I spent all these years in pain and no doctor ever thought it could be testosterone!?

Every staff member was incredibly friendly and down to earth! Even having to work early on a weekend, everyone was all smiles and very caring and engaging. I felt extremely comfortable.

Nothing, everything was so great that I went home to brag about it.

All Top Level Professionals and even the " new" receptionist in training. Great to have major city health care in Alpena.
