What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I'd say that even though they are extremely busy, they do take the extra few minutes to help the patient understand what is happening and what to expect down the road to happen.

Hopefully I wont need to go back to Dr. Woolever's office anymore since they fixed about everything and I'm great. But if I ever needed orthopedic surgery, etc. I will choose them over any others. They took great care of me and also my husband [removed patient's name]. We both have had knee replacements and he also had a reversal shoulder replacement. Very glad that War Memorial Hospital has them.

The only issue I had was in regards to my insurance. I had to tell the desk personnel I had new insurance. She took my cards but never updated the information in my chart until I called 2 weeks later.
