Molly has treated me for several years for either knee or shoulders. Now may heal. She is never on her phone, uses direct eye contact which makes me know she is hearing me. She remembers our conversations and is kind , truly cares, attentive to needs. She does not disregard ANY complaints as “being nothing”’or saying “ there is nothing wrong with you”. She is truly a great Dr./PA OR (better than a Dr) I would choose this lady to take care of myself or my family any day and very highly recommend this special, unique hard to find health care provider. Too bad she is not a pcp. They sure need better ones in this system and she would make the #1 list as there are not many out there like her who actually listen, hear, absorb, and care about the people she comes into contact with. Molly Minard would get 150 stars if I could give that many. Also regarding the office staff. She treats them no differently than her patients making this office a special, safe place to go. Office staff take after the teacher. Molly has spread a kindness on to them that they give back to the clients.

Her personality and demeanor put me at ease immediately. First time at this practice, but I have 30 + years of experience with orthopedic treatment and Mollie ranks right in my top five! I will return to consult her and recommend her to others I know in our area.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Molly and the office staff were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My care was thorough and explained well. I had an injury that happened at work. There was plenty of extra paperwork to fill out. The staff and everyone completed and returned everything needed in a timely manner. They never made me feel like it was extra work or they were bothered to help with the paperwork. Simply put, they are ALL amazing.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Referral from Tawas Emergency Department. This was my first time with this office, but as I have had extensive experiences with orthopedic treatment over the last 30 years, I can say I was pleased from the moment I arrived. Will continue to see this provider’s assistance as needed in the future.

She was professional, caring, and thoroughly explained what was going on. As an elderly female, I sometimes feel the doctors are not listening to what I'm saying. As a retired RN, I was very impressed with Molly and her team. She listened to what I had to say, did a very thorough exam, and had a plan. I would recommend this office to anyone. Excellent beyond measure. Each one of the staff was so great, smiled, laughed with us despite circumstances & was efficient. But Molly is the best. She was so good about her exam, gave me choices for treatment & included my husband in everything. We really like Molly so much, AND the new Bone & Joint and I would recommend Molly, the staff, the honesty to all who needed any Ortho consult or tx. Thank you all who were there that day!
