The NP Melissa was very kind, attentive, compassionate, and caring. She was very clear with her diagnosis and treatment options. She was also very pleasant and would definitely see her again if the need arises. Clearly she likes what she does. Thanks Melissa

The virtual option to take care of my daughter's issue was amazing. The doctor showed up and it was a medical doctor and he took his time to find out what was happening and to explain what was happening and what he was thinking and to get her what she needed. I super appreciate it and it is a big upgrade from where we were before. Thank you BJC and thank you doctor.

My visit was very good. I got seen promptly, taken back to the room promptly, and the service was excellent.

Yes, the people were very, very nice to me. The nurse practitioner, Rachel, was very, very good. She explained everything very well to me and let me know that if I wasn't any better, she could make it back up to the emergency room and also contact my primary care doctor, which I did. Everybody was very, very nice to me and really treated me with a lot of respect. I thank you for the care.

Lisa was excellent — professional and friendly. We communicated well and had a good provider - patient rapport without knowing each other except for the few minutes of the exam. From greeting the receptionist to leaving, the experience set the standard of what a patient should expect with a “convenient care” practice.

The Nurse was friendly as was everyone and my medical issue was taken care of thoroughly.

My only complaint was I had to wait 45 minutes in the exam room before the physician came in to see me. That is quite a long wait.

Overall, my experience was exceptional. I had a very little wait time and I feel like I was taking very good care of. I would definitely go back if needed in the future. I actually sent my son there last week for an injury he had.

The staff was all exceptional!! It’s not always easy being cared for as a queer person, but the nurse and staff all made me want to come back. Quick service and no beating around the bush.
