I really took my blood test. The person who took my blood test did not good job. She did poke me one time, it didn't work, and she poked in all the places in my arm. And it worked, but hurt. And when I come home, it bruises badly and very big bruise around my teeth. So I'm not recommending in the blood test in the, yeah, I don't know what's her name, but in her astute, not good either. I keep everything good, complaining about the blood test, withdrawal from the nurse or the medical assistant to withdraw blood tests in the facility. That's it.

The doctor was very kindly, messed up, explained to us that the situation is with him and how well he's been doing well on his growth and pursuit and everything. What I didn't like is that the scheduling lady and as us for comments saying mess up, I'm too demanding when I'm the only one who drives my fiance and my kids' appointments messed up and I'm the only driver in the house. Her response was, he is so demanding and that's a cocky attitude, giving attitude, not paying attention how she puts the appointments on the cards messed up for which person and ends up getting it backwards and got it wrong and not paying attention around her job. I would like to see more improvement with that.

Monica is the best! She spends all of the time with us we need and genuinely cared about the patient.

I tend to talk and I had a couple things I was concerned about that I'm sure I took WAY too much of Monica's time discussing. That said, she was very patient and engaged with me.

The overall quality and atmosphere of the office is amazing! This coming from someone throughout life has not generally had a personal care physician this was a great experience
