The nurse practitioner was exceptionally good. I mean, she was very, very knowledgeable, very personal. I enjoyed it. I would actually take her for a doctor. She was better than my doctor.

Dr. Kaylee Bowen was very thorough, listened to me and took her time, even though they were busy that day, and took everything into account, asked all the right questions, was very kind and caring and genuine, and gave me clear responses and answers to my questions, made sure she answered any questions I had, made sure I was well informed on what to do in any scenario with the problem that I had, and did an excellent job treating me.

I was taken back into a room on time but the doctor didn’t come in until an hour after my appointment time. I was about to leave when she came in. I had to get home to kids.

The NP I saw, Latoya was so wonderful. I only spent a few minutes talking to her but, as a nurse myself, I could tell her clinical reasoning was sound, her compassion was apparent, and she was listening to everything I said. She even wished my son well at the end of the call because I happened to mention one single time that he was also sick with croup. I was just thrilled with the ease of connecting with such a quality provider to manage my asthma exacerbation.

I had a very bad experience with the nurse practitioner I saw. She didn't listen to my concerns. She didn't even tell me what her name was when she entered the room. She was very unprofessional. She was very not compassionate toward my situation. I felt as if she didn't understand me and she didn't care.
