Everyone who treated me from the time that they greeted me at the front desk all the way to the care at the end, they were polite, courteous, and answered any questions that I had. So I would highly recommend this facility anytime. So thank you for your service for those who helped me, and I appreciate it.

I appreciated the fact that the nurse practitioner that I worked with, she was very personable. She was kind. She did listen to what I had to say and explained the medication to me and explained some things as to what was going on with me. So I just really greatly appreciated that because she did treat me like a human being and not a number. And I've been treated like that before. I thought she was fantastic. Thank you so much. I will definitely be using the virtual system again.

Melissa was absolutely wonderful!!!! She spent time explaining to my daughter the importance of the ear care with the drops and antibiotics as well as what to do in the future. Melissa was amazing!

I received excellent care the day of my appointment and prompt follow up with instructions if my health issue has not been resolved. I really appreciate the staff, their knowledge and compassion.

Dr. Tony was phenomenal ! She explained everything to me very well and made me feel like she cared. Even the staff were extremely nice to me . I would definitely come back here and recommend them to anyone I know that wants excellent care.

I have no complaints. I was thoroughly, thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, the interest in my problem, and the immediate attention that I got. So therefore, I would rate you guys a 10. I would highly recommend the service. I have no complaints.

Yes, I had to do a telehealth meeting with LaToya and I had a serious rash on my face and arms and we weren't sure what caused it, but she listened carefully and I was very confident. I wasn't sure she could see the rash through the computer, but she was really confident. She absolutely prescribed the right remedy for me and the rash was clearing up within 24 hours. So I thought she did a really good job. I've done telehealth before. I am thinking that in some cases it might not work, but in my case, it did work.

I was very impressed! Every one of the staff was nice, friendly, listened to me, answered any questions I had and made me very comfortable. I was happy I went there and will be back, when needed. It's a comfort knowing this care center is there.

Amy Durso, NP was awesome. I was extremely upset and she went above & beyond to make me feel comfortable & safe. Not only was she knowledgeable in her job capacity, but she showed me that she really cared about my well being. She researched my condition since it involved a dog injury. She also called me on her day off the next day to see how I was doing. I have never had a provider show so much concern in my well being before. She even followed up with 2nd phone call to see how my visit went at the wound care center on Friday. There should be more providers out there like Amy. She is truly a remarkable young lady! I hope you know what a true GEM you have working for you!
